Rocket Pop panel amounts

One scoop is 10.3 g, with 30 servings. The panel lists 4,000 mg combined BCAAs in a 2:1:1 leucine, isoleucine and valine ratio; 1,000 mg L-carnitine; 1,000 mg acetyl L-carnitine HCl; 1,000 mg taurine; and 500 mg L-tyrosine.

It also lists 200 mg Himalayan rock salt, 5 mg BioPerine, 500 mcg chromium, 80 mg sodium and 1 g carbohydrate. The 4,000 mg figure is the total BCAA amount, not 4,000 mg of each amino acid.

Where the official descriptions differ

The inspected panels do not list GBB, although the website’s marketing text mentions it. Do not rely on that prose to identify your tub’s formula.

Rocket Pop’s panel gives 80 mg sodium; Blood Raz gives 85 mg. Blood Raz and Watermelon each list 5 calories, so a blanket zero-calorie description is inaccurate. Rocket Pop has no calories row shown; that absence is not a verified zero-calorie value.

Mixing directions also differ: the Rocket Pop bottle says 6–8 oz water, while the website says 8–12 oz. Follow the purchased container’s directions. The site says not to exceed one serving in 24 hours. Read its adult-use and medication cautions; no caffeine is listed, but that does not establish safe stacking or guaranteed fat loss.
