RAW Pre Extreme is a named high-caffeine formula
RAW Pre Extreme is a product from RAW Nutrition, with its own Supplement Facts panel. The name should not be used as a catch-all for RAW’s other pre-workouts. The official Fruit Burst label provides a clear starting point: one 13 g scoop, 30 servings and 400 mg caffeine anhydrous.

Ingredients in the Fruit Burst version
RAW’s official label page links flavor-specific panels. The Fruit Burst panel lists:
- 3.5 g beta-alanine
- 2.5 g L-citrulline malate, with a 1:1 ratio
- 1.5 g L-tyrosine
- 1.5 g agmatine sulfate
- 1 g betaine anhydrous
- 400 mg caffeine anhydrous
The citrulline-malate figure is the combined compound amount. Comparing it directly with the same number of grams of pure L-citrulline would overstate what the label says. Keep ingredient form and scoop size beside the number when comparing formulas.
The caffeine amount changes the buying decision
A single listed serving supplies 400 mg caffeine. The FDA’s general reference of 400 mg per day for most adults is not a recommended pre-workout dose or a guarantee of individual tolerance. Coffee, energy drinks and other supplements add to daily intake. This formula is therefore not a casual starting point for someone who has not established how caffeine affects them.
Do not judge suitability by the word “extreme” or by an assumption that a higher caffeine number produces better training. A comparison should begin with the amount you intend to take and your existing caffeine use.
Can you still buy it?
At this check, the U.S. product URL returned a not-found response, although RAW’s official label page remained available. A RAW-branded European listing displayed the product as sold out. Those observations do not establish worldwide discontinuation.
Before paying a reseller, request a clear photo of the actual tub’s facts panel, flavor, seal and expiration date. Avoid relying on an old listing’s photograph or substituting the label from a different RAW product. Confirm the exact version first, then compare its price and ingredients.
