Rich Piana’s name appears on 5% Nutrition supplements. The brand’s pre-workout collection includes separately named products such as 5150, Kill It, Reloaded and Full AF. Full AF is presented as a non-stimulant pre-workout, so treating the entire range as one extreme-stimulant formula would miss an important distinction.

The caffeine claim needs qualification
Both reviewed labels show a 500 mg Stim-Crazy Caffeine Complex. This is a multi-ingredient complex, not 500 mg pure caffeine. The page’s prose also uses a 513 mg complex figure and describes approximately 400 mg effective caffeine; other sections say 400 mg or over 400 mg.
The defensible conclusion is that the brand markets 5150 around a 400 mg caffeine claim, while its published materials contain unresolved inconsistencies. This review cannot calculate a precise active caffeine total from undisclosed blend amounts. Nor should the brand’s phrase about eight caffeine types be repeated as a verified chemical description.
Why matching the actual package matters
One official panel states a 14.3 g scoop and lists Rauwolfia vomitoria within the complex. The other states a 14.9 g scoop and includes an alpha-yohimbine ingredient identified with Rauwolfia tetraphylla. Their simultaneous appearance does not establish a clear old-to-new sequence or a flavor-by-flavor mapping.
The manufacturer’s regional-formula FAQ also confirms that U.S. and international formulations can differ. Obtain the complete facts and warning panels for the market and package being sold. Ask the manufacturer to clarify the exact lot if the label and listing disagree.

Compare identified products, serving definitions, disclosure limits and complete stimulant profiles.
