RYSE positions Godzilla Pre-Workout as an advanced-user product, but the scoop columns matter. The Blue Raspberry panel currently linked from its product page lists 9 g L-citrulline plus 2 g NO3-T® citrulline nitrate, 6.4 g beta-alanine and 400 mg total caffeine at two scoops. Citrulline nitrate is a separate ingredient form; this is not a label for 11 g of pure L-citrulline.
The Stimulant Reality
On that panel, one scoop (19.3 g) provides 200 mg caffeine and 3.2 g beta-alanine; two scoops (38.6 g) provide 400 mg and 6.4 g. RYSE’s descriptive copy still pairs 3.2 g beta-alanine with its full-serving headline, so verify the panel on your actual tub rather than combining figures from different columns or versions.
A 400 mg serving alone reaches the FDA’s general daily reference for most adults. That reference is not a single-dose target or a safety guarantee, and individual sensitivity varies. Delayed-release caffeine still counts toward the total; do not stack caffeinated pre-workouts.
Godzilla vs Mother Bucker
Mother Bucker also totals 400 mg caffeine—300 mg immediate plus 100 mg delayed release—but uses 4 g L-citrulline plus 1.5 g Nitrosigine®, 6.4 g beta-alanine, 1.5 g L-tyrosine, 300 mg Alpha GPC and 2 mg rauwolscine. Mother Bucker’s page also uses 90% alpha-GPC wording, so this comparison does not assume that the stated material weight equals a verified pure alpha-GPC amount.
Godzilla’s inspected two-scoop panel is more L-citrulline-heavy, but it has the same 6.4 g beta-alanine as Mother Bucker’s full serving. Their other ingredients and caffeine-release profiles differ. Both full servings are high in caffeine; neither is an obvious starting point for someone new to caffeinated pre-workouts. Mother Bucker’s label also directs users not to consume caffeine from other sources while taking it.
