RYSE Godzilla Strawberry Kiwi is a specific flavor of the Noel Deyzel-associated Godzilla pre-workout. Its name identifies a flavored supplement, not a generic energy blend. This is a review of published manufacturer information, not a hands-on taste or workout test. We cannot substantiate claims that it tastes better, feels smoother, or outperforms another brand.

The Strawberry Kiwi panel has two serving columns

The Strawberry Kiwi Supplement Facts image linked by RYSE gives one scoop as 18.45 g and two scoops as 36.9 g, with 40 or 20 servings per container. Selected amounts below are written as one scoop / two scoops:

  • L-citrulline: 4.5 / 9 g, plus citrulline nitrate: 1 / 2 g.
  • Beta-alanine: 3.2 / 6.4 g.
  • Creatine monohydrate and betaine anhydrous: 2.5 / 5 g each.
  • Caffeine anhydrous: 175 / 350 mg, plus extended-release caffeine: 25 / 50 mg.
  • Choline bitartrate: 800 / 1,600 mg, providing the separately declared 320 / 640 mg choline.
  • VasoDrive-AP hydrolyzed casein tripeptides: 150 / 300 mg; theobromine: 100 / 200 mg.
  • Thinkamine vincamine: 10 / 20 mg.

The declared caffeine components add to 200 mg at one scoop or 400 mg at two. The choline nutrient amount is already supplied by choline bitartrate; it is not an additional ingredient to add on top. Similarly, the combined 5.5 / 11 g pump-blend headline includes citrulline nitrate and should not be presented as that much pure L-citrulline.

Why the exact flavor and package matter

This Strawberry Kiwi panel lists choline bitartrate and vincamine. Do not replace them with Cognizin citicoline from a different Godzilla flavor’s panel. The manufacturer’s general product description also mentions 3.2 g beta-alanine alongside a large serving, whereas this panel puts 3.2 g in the one-scoop column and 6.4 g in the two-scoop column.

There is a further packaging discrepancy: the Strawberry Kiwi front image supplied on the page shows a 716 g tub, while 40 servings of the linked panel’s 18.45 g scoop imply 738 g. We can verify that both assets appear in the manufacturer’s Strawberry Kiwi listing; we cannot establish that they show the same production version. Ask for the actual tub’s rear label and net weight before relying on these numbers for a purchase.

What the ingredients establish, and what they do not

Listing an ingredient and dose does not prove that the finished mixture improves strength, recovery or concentration. NIH’s sports-supplement evidence review distinguishes ingredient research from trials of particular combinations. Beta-alanine’s potential benefits concern repeated use that raises muscle carnosine; tingling is not evidence that a workout is more effective. Creatine likewise belongs in a consistent intake plan, rather than being judged by the first session’s sensation.

The casein-derived ingredient also warrants an allergen check. Do not assume a fruit-flavored powder is free of milk-derived ingredients. No assessment of personal suitability or laboratory purity was performed for this article.

Caffeine and a useful comparison

Two scoops contain the same amount as the FDA’s 400 mg daily reference for most adults. That reference is neither a recommended pre-workout serving nor a guarantee that a single dose is suitable. Count coffee, energy drinks and other caffeine sources, and consider sensitivity, medications and medical conditions with a clinician.

When comparing Godzilla with a specific Bucked Up formula, use the actual serving you intend to take and its corresponding cost. A 40-portion headline becomes 20 uses at two scoops. Compare the complete panels rather than choosing a larger scoop to chase a stronger feeling. Flavor preference cannot establish formula equivalence.
