What does stim-free actually tell you?
It describes how a product is marketed, not a standard formula. Check the complete ingredients rather than stopping at “no caffeine.” You still need to know the serving size, other active compounds and label restrictions.
Match the ingredient to a specific question
Citrulline, beta-alanine and creatine are different ingredients with different research. NIH’s review finds limited support for citrulline as a performance supplement, while creatine has stronger evidence for certain repeated high-intensity activities. That does not establish the effect of a particular multi-ingredient powder.
Non-Stimulant and PUMP-OCALYPSE are separate products
The current identified Bucked Up Non-Stimulant Pink Lemonade panel uses a 10.7 g serving and lists 6 g citrulline malate and 2 g beta-alanine. PUMP-OCALYPSE has a different formula. The photograph of Pump below is not an image of Non-Stimulant, and the two names should not be substituted in a label comparison.
Do not automatically stack pump powders
Put both panels side by side before considering any combination. Shared ingredients, total amounts and warnings matter even when neither powder contains caffeine. Doubling products is not a demonstrated route to double the benefits.
Evening exercise does not require a supplement. If sleep, anxiety, medication or a health condition prompted your search, discuss the full label with a qualified clinician rather than assuming stim-free resolves the concern.
