“Transparent pre workout” can mean a supplement with clearly disclosed ingredient amounts, or a product from the brand Transparent Labs. Those are different questions. Label transparency concerns what the manufacturer tells you; Transparent Labs sells several separately named formulas. Neither meaning describes how clear or cloudy a mixed drink looks.
What a transparent label helps you check
Start with the serving size, quantities of individual ingredients and the complete other-ingredients list. A named blend with only a combined weight can leave the amounts of its components unclear. A fuller label makes comparison easier, but disclosure alone does not prove effectiveness, purity or suitability for your needs.
Keep the ingredient form beside its quantity. A compound, standardized extract or diluted raw material may contain less of the active substance than the total listed weight. Caffeine yield, alpha-GPC percentage and citrulline-malate ratio are useful examples of details that a front-label slogan can miss.
Example: Transparent Labs BULK Blue Raspberry
The manufacturer’s Blue Raspberry panel, checked October 12, 2026, lists one 20.8 g scoop and 30 servings per container. Selected amounts include 8 g citrulline malate 2:1, 4 g beta-alanine, 2.5 g betaine anhydrous, 1.3 g taurine and 1 g L-tyrosine.
It lists 200 mg PurCaf caffeine, 200 mg L-theanine and 50 mg theobromine. Its 300 mg AlphaSize entry is identified as 50% alpha-GPC, corresponding to about 150 mg alpha-GPC rather than 300 mg pure alpha-GPC. Likewise, 8 g citrulline malate is the combined ingredient weight, not 8 g plain L-citrulline.
BULK is not every Transparent Labs formula
The pictured product is standard BULK Blue Raspberry. BULK Black, LEAN and Stim-Free are separate products. Do not transfer BULK’s caffeine or serving figures to another tub because the branding is similar. Check your chosen flavor’s panel and the container delivered to you.
Turn disclosure into a useful buying decision
- Compare the same serving basis across products.
- Review all stimulant ingredients, not only the caffeine headline.
- Read flavor-specific other ingredients and allergen information.
- Verify any sports-certification claim for the exact product in the relevant certifier’s directory.
- Separate manufacturer claims from independent evidence and personal suitability.
Account for caffeine from drinks and other supplements, avoid combining stimulant pre-workouts, and choose timing that does not compromise sleep. Ask a qualified clinician about relevant medications or health conditions. This is a label-reading guide, without personal taste scores or guaranteed training results.

The older Zero / Non-Stim destination returned an unavailable page during review. Its exact referral link is retained, but it is not a verified working purchase option.
