Identify the WOKE AF formula first
WOKE AF is Bucked Up’s named high-stimulant pre-workout. Its current manufacturer page lists 333 mg caffeine anhydrous per serving, alongside dendrobium and synephrine. A strong response to stimulants is not evidence of a better workout or personal suitability.
Selected declared ingredients
- Citrulline malate 2:1: 6,000 mg
- Beta-alanine: 3,200 mg
- Caffeine anhydrous: 333 mg
- Alpha-GPC 50% ingredient: 200 mg
- Dendrobium extract: 100 mg
- Synephrine HCl: 40 mg
Six grams of citrulline malate is not six grams of pure L-citrulline. Likewise, a 200 mg ingredient standardized to 50% alpha-GPC is not 200 mg pure alpha-GPC. Use the complete current flavor panel for any comparison, including its remaining ingredients.
Read the warnings before the marketing
The manufacturer limits use to adults 18 and older, says not to exceed one scoop in 24 hours, warns against combining it with other caffeinated products, and says not to use it during pregnancy or nursing. It advises physician review when medications are involved. These are manufacturer restrictions, not a personalized recommendation to take a scoop.
Caffeine tolerance does not settle the whole question
Count coffee, drinks and other products too. The FDA notes that sensitivity varies, including with medications and health conditions. Adding several stimulant ingredients makes a caffeine-only comparison incomplete.
WOKE AF, WOKE AF Black and Original Bucked Up require their own labels. A shared flavor name or familiar tub design does not establish an identical formula. This is a source-based label guide, not a taste test or proof of superior performance.
