Which WOKE AF formula is this?
This ingredient guide covers the standard WOKE AF product page checked in October 2026. Other versions and older tubs may differ. Match the exact product name, flavor and Supplement Facts before relying on an ingredient list copied from a review.
The current page’s detailed list uses GPCgold Alpha GPC 50% and dendrobium 10:1. Older copy on this site named AlphaSize and dendrobium 4:1. Those descriptions should not be merged into a single supposed label.
What the current product page lists
- Citrulline malate 2:1: 6,000 mg
- Beta-alanine: 3,200 mg
- Caffeine anhydrous: 333 mg
- GPCgold Alpha GPC 50%: 200 mg
- Himalayan rock salt: 100 mg; the page lists 40 mg sodium
- Taurine: 100 mg
- Dendrobium 10:1 extract: 100 mg
- Deer antler velvet extract: 50 mg
- Synephrine HCl: 40 mg
- AstraGin: 25 mg
- Senactiv: 25 mg
- Vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin: 100 mcg
This is a summary of the manufacturer’s online description, not a replacement for the full Supplement Facts and other-ingredients panel. Flavorings and other ingredients should be checked on the selected container. Huperzine A is not listed in this standard formula.
Two label-reading details that change the interpretation
Citrulline malate is not pure citrulline. If a 2:1 ratio accurately describes the mixture by weight, 6 g corresponds to roughly 4 g citrulline and 2 g malate. That is a calculation, not an independent assay of the tub. A primary study of commercial citrulline-malate materials found discrepancies between expected and measured ratios.
A standardized raw-material amount is not necessarily the active amount. “Alpha GPC 50%” should not be silently rewritten as 200 mg pure alpha-GPC. Read the label’s concentration statement and ask the manufacturer to clarify ambiguous presentations.
Which effects are supported?
Caffeine has substantial exercise research, although individual benefits and side effects vary. Beta-alanine’s rationale involves repeated use to raise muscle carnosine; it does not instantly buffer a workout because the skin tingles. The ISSN position stand explains that distinction.
Evidence is less convincing for the broad claims sometimes attached to this formula’s other ingredients. A trial of a different dendrobium-containing mixture did not demonstrate improved objective exercise performance and cannot isolate the plant’s effects. It does not validate WOKE AF. Likewise, deer antler velvet, absorption ingredients and a small salt amount should not be described as guarantees of recovery, greater oxygen capacity or prevention of cramps.
For synephrine, NCCIH finds the athletic-performance evidence unclear and notes cardiovascular safety concerns. Do not translate “thermogenic” marketing into a reliable fat-loss benefit.
Comparing a lower-caffeine formula
Bucked Up Original currently lists 200 mg caffeine. Lower caffeine does not eliminate side effects or make other ingredients clinically proven; compare the actual panels instead of assuming matching brand names imply identical formulas.

Use the official WOKE AF product page and selected tub together. Its warnings prohibit combining it with other caffeinated products and using it during pregnancy or nursing. Medication use and medical conditions warrant professional guidance; tolerance and hydration do not remove those considerations.
