Confirm the name on the container
“Woke up pre workout” is an ambiguous search phrase. If you mean Bucked Up’s product, the name is WOKE AF. This page explains that product; it does not assume that everyone using the phrase wants a high-stimulant supplement or needs one to exercise.
What the manufacturer actually identifies
The reviewed WOKE AF listing describes 333 mg caffeine per serving together with Dendrobium and synephrine. That is a product-specific stimulant profile, not a promise of better concentration, faster recovery or extra muscle growth. High tolerance does not establish that a combination is appropriate for you.
The pictured Miami tub is regular WOKE AF. WOKE AF BLACK is a separate version: its current manufacturer page also states 333 mg caffeine and highlights an added humic/fulvic mineral blend. “Black” should not be read as proof of more caffeine, a necessary upgrade or a clinically demonstrated detoxification benefit.
Read the directions before comparing prices
- Match the flavor and exact version to its current Supplement Facts and warnings.
- Check whether the stated amount is per scoop or per serving; do not borrow directions from another Bucked Up product.
- Account for coffee, energy drinks and other supplements rather than comparing only the tub’s headline number.
- Do not combine stimulant products to chase a stronger sensation. The Black listing specifically warns against combining it with other caffeinated products.
Caffeine can interfere with sleep and cause unwanted effects. FDA’s general adult guidance is not a personalized clearance for a high-stimulant blend. Ask a qualified clinician about medications or health conditions before choosing one.
