BAMF is Bucked Up’s high-stimulant, nootropic-marketed pre-workout. The current Franken Juice panel gives one 12 g scoop, 30 servings and 333 mg caffeine anhydrous per serving. That identifies a specific label, rather than every historical BAMF formula.
What the current Franken Juice panel lists
- 6,000 mg citrulline malate 2:1 and 3,200 mg beta-alanine
- 333 mg caffeine anhydrous and 125 mg Cognizin citicoline
- 100 mg each taurine, Himalayan rock salt and N-acetyl L-tyrosine
- 63 mg Dynamine standardized to 40% methylliberine
- 50 mg deer antler velvet extract, 25 mg each AstraGin and Senactiv, and 50 mcg huperzine A
- 100 mcg vitamin B12 and 45 mg sodium
The Dynamine entry is the mass of a 40% ingredient, not 63 mg pure methylliberine. Likewise, citrulline malate is not all pure L-citrulline. Read units carefully: milligrams and micrograms are not interchangeable.
The page contains older formula wording
Some manufacturer copy still references AlphaSize Alpha-GPC and ActiGin, while the identified Franken Juice panel lists Cognizin and Senactiv. Do not merge the older prose with the newer label to create an imaginary combined formula. Check the package of the actual flavor and version you are purchasing.
BAMF BLACK is a separately named product, and WOKE AF is another formula. Similar caffeine numbers do not make their full ingredient lists equivalent.
Keep the stimulant dose in perspective
333 mg is a substantial caffeine serving before considering other sources. Follow the product’s restrictions and do not stack it casually with another pre-workout. The manufacturer says not to exceed one serving in 24 hours and excludes use by minors and during pregnancy or nursing.
“Nootropic” and “hyperfocus” are marketing descriptions, not a guarantee of improved cognition or a treatment for a medical condition. The label establishes contents; it does not prove every claimed benefit of the finished blend.
BAMF is described as creatine-free. If comparing it with a creatine-containing product, account for that difference without assuming you need to add another supplement. No personal tasting or workout test is claimed here.
