BSN N.O.-Xplode is a named pre-workout family with several formulas. The standard U.S. N.O.-XPLODE listing reviewed on October 13, 2026 states 275 mg caffeine and 1.8 g beta-alanine per serving. Those figures describe the standard product; they should not be combined with the different amounts advertised for N.O.-XPLODE VASO.
What the standard label actually discloses
BSN’s Blue Raz reference panel is for a 16-serving container. It gives an 18.5 g serving, approximately one scoop. The product photo accompanying this guide shows a separate 30-serving, 555 g Blue Raz tub. Matching the flavor does not make the container sizes interchangeable.
The reference panel lists 20 calories and 5 g carbohydrate. It also groups several ingredients into named blends:
- Myogenic Matrix: 5.1 g, including creatine monohydrate, taurine and other components
- Endura Shot: 2.9 g, including beta-alanine and several mineral compounds
- Thermic Energy: 1.3 g, including tyrosine forms, caffeine and grapefruit bioflavonoids
- N.O. Alpha Fusion: 1 g, including L-citrulline malate and botanical ingredients
A 5.1 g Myogenic Matrix is not a disclosed 5.1 g creatine dose. Likewise, the 1 g N.O. Alpha Fusion total does not establish the amount of citrulline malate. The separately stated caffeine and beta-alanine quantities help, but they do not reveal every component.
VASO and Cool Rush are separate products
VASO’s manufacturer listing states 300 mg caffeine, 3.2 g beta-alanine, 8 g citrulline and 1 g creatine nitrate. These are not extra ingredients to append to the standard formula. Creatine nitrate also should not be treated as an equal weight of creatine monohydrate.
Cool Rush has its own listing and label. Check the complete name, country, flavor and package before comparing any of these products with a review of an older tub.
Practical checks before use
Standard N.O.-XPLODE’s directions specifically say to stir the powder rather than shake it. Follow the instructions and warnings on the actual package. The FDA emphasizes individual caffeine sensitivity and counting all dietary sources; a daily reference is not a recommended single pre-workout dose.
For a comparison with Bucked Up or another brand, line up actual serving amounts and mark undisclosed quantities as unknown. More listed ingredients or stronger marketing does not resolve those gaps. The NIH review also cautions that evidence for individual ingredients does not automatically establish the effects of a finished combination.
