EVP-3D is Evogen’s caffeine-free pre-workout
Evogen EVP-3D is marketed for pumps and focus without stimulants. The current manufacturer page explicitly identifies it as caffeine-free. It should not be described as a high-stimulant formula simply because other Evogen products contain caffeine. This review covers the Tamarindo label displayed on that page on October 13, 2026.
Read the one-scoop column
The manufacturer’s Tamarindo Supplement Facts image gives a serving size of one scoop, 13.1 g. That column lists:
- L-citrulline: 3,000 mg; beta-alanine: 1,600 mg; arginine nitrate: 1,000 mg.
- Creatine monohydrate: 1,250 mg; coconut water powder: 500 mg.
- L-tyrosine: 500 mg; DMAE: 300 mg; lion’s mane extract: 250 mg.
- Sodium: 40 mg, supplied as Himalayan pink salt.
The panel also prints a two-serving column and approximately 40/20 servings per container. Its two-serving quantities must not be presented as the contents of one scoop. The 1,000 mg arginine-nitrate entry describes the compound, not 1,000 mg of nitrate alone. No caffeine is listed on this panel.
Directions and allergy information
Evogen’s webpage directs users to mix one scoop with 8–10 fluid ounces of cold water, 20–30 minutes before training. Follow the directions on your own container rather than treating the panel’s second column as permission to double a serving.
The Tamarindo image declares coconut in its allergen warning. It also states that the facility processes milk, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, wheat, peanuts, soybeans and eggs. Its other ingredients include sucralose and acesulfame potassium. These details are flavor-specific; verify another flavor’s own label.
Non-stim still needs a safety check
The manufacturer excludes people under 18 and anyone pregnant, expecting pregnancy or nursing. Its warning says not to use with medical conditions or prescription medications, specifically mentioning nitrates, PDE-5 inhibitors and MAOIs. It also calls for physician consultation, stopping two weeks before surgery, and stopping immediately if an adverse reaction occurs.
Caffeine-free does not establish that a formula is suitable for everyone or safe to combine with another pre-workout. The ingredients and amounts above document the label, not guaranteed pumps, improved recovery or a firsthand training result.
