Which GHOST Pre-Workout?
GHOST has sold multiple pre-workout formulas, so “GHOST pre workout” usually requires identifying the exact product. GHOST Legend is the core pre-workout line; special editions and newer versions can use different formulas.
Compare Current Labels
Check caffeine per full serving, citrulline/pump ingredients, beta-alanine, focus ingredients and serving size. Do not assume a review of an older Legend version describes the current tub.
For a specific current example, the U.S. GHOST LEGEND V4 Blue Raspberry panel lists one scoop (21.5 g), with 300 mg natural caffeine, 6 g L-citrulline, 3.2 g beta-alanine, 2.5 g betaine and 2 g L-tyrosine. It also includes taurine, VitaCholine®, theobromine and NeuroFactor®. These figures are for that V4 panel, not every GHOST pre-workout, older LEGEND version or regional formula.
GHOST vs Bucked Up Original
Bucked Up Original is an easy benchmark: 200 mg caffeine, 6 g citrulline malate 2:1, 2 g beta-alanine and 200 mg Alpha GPC 50%.
On those panels, LEGEND V4 lists more caffeine and beta-alanine than Original. Its 6 g L-citrulline is also a different ingredient listing from Original’s 6 g citrulline malate 2:1; equal total grams do not mean equal amounts of pure L-citrulline. Choose by the full formula and your needs rather than flavor hype alone. More caffeine is not automatically more useful, and natural caffeine still contributes to your daily total.
