HTLT Is a Brand
HTLT Supplements is the sports-nutrition brand associated with Greg Doucette. Its name refers to “Harder Than Last Time,” and it offers distinct pre-workout products rather than a generic category for high-tolerance athletes.
Which HTLT Pre-Workout?
HTLT has offered different pre-workout formulas, so identify the exact product and current label before comparing doses. Search results and older reviews can easily refer to a discontinued or reformulated version.
The current Signature Series Pre-Workout panel has one-, two- and three-scoop columns containing 150, 300 and 450 mg caffeine, respectively. The separate HTLT x Panda Alter Ego Carnival Candy panel has one- and two-scoop columns with 195 and 390 mg caffeine. These are different formulas: Alter Ego lists 5/10 g L-citrulline and 3.2/6.4 g beta-alanine, while Signature Series lists 1.5/3/4.5 g L-citrulline and 1.2/2.4/3.6 g beta-alanine across its three columns.
Compare by Stimulant Level
For a Bucked Up comparison, Original has 200 mg caffeine, while BAMF has 333 mg plus Cognizin®, Dynamine™ and Huperzine A. Mother Bucker reaches 400 mg total caffeine. BAMF’s current ingredient panel supports Cognizin, although other manufacturer copy still names AlphaSize; check the exact tub rather than combining the two versions.
Choose the formula that fits your needs, and do not treat the largest scoop column as a goal. “Hardcore” branding is not a reason to consume more caffeine than you need. Signature Series’ three-scoop column alone exceeds the FDA’s 400 mg general daily reference for most adults; that reference is not a safe single-dose allowance. Alter Ego also warns against other caffeinated products, and caffeine tolerance does not remove its label warnings.
