MuscleTech Vapor X5 needs a version-specific review. The product name alone does not establish one worldwide formula. This guide uses the UK Fruit Punch nutrition panel linked from MuscleTech’s UK product page, checked October 13, 2026, and explains why serving terminology matters.
UK Fruit Punch: what the panel actually lists
The official nutrition image defines a daily portion as two scoops, totaling 16 g, with 15 daily portions per container. The following are amounts per daily portion, not per single scoop:
- L-citrulline, from L-citrulline DL-malate: 3.4 g
- Creatine, from creatine monohydrate: 3 g
- Beta-alanine: 2 g
- Taurine: 1 g
- L-tyrosine: 500 mg
- Caffeine, from caffeine anhydrous: 400 mg
- Choline, from choline bitartrate: 164 mg
- Greater galangal rhizome extract: 25 mg
It also declares niacin and vitamins B6 and B12. The source forms are part of the label: the stated 3.4 g is L-citrulline supplied by DL-malate, and the choline amount is not the weight of a separate additional choline-bitartrate dose.
One scoop is not the whole daily portion
The UK page’s directions call one scoop a serving and describe taking it twice daily. Its prose gives 1.5 g creatine per serving, while headline tiles show 3 g creatine and other two-scoop quantities as “per serving.” The nutrition panel resolves the arithmetic by labeling those larger quantities as a daily portion.
Halving the panel’s two-scoop column gives 200 mg caffeine and 1.5 g creatine per scoop. That calculation is an explanation of the published quantities, not a recommendation to take either amount. Read the directions and warnings on the tub supplied; do not interpret the two-scoop daily total as an instruction to take it all at once.
Why a different Vapor X5 listing may disagree
MuscleTech’s international product page separately displays a Blue Razz Freeze table with a 9 g scoop, 190 mg caffeine per scoop and 380 mg for two scoops. Its listed ingredients include betaine and Nitrosigine. Those are not the same specifications as the UK Fruit Punch panel reviewed here.
That international page also contains image-description text with differing quantities, so its text is a reason to verify a seller’s exact package, not to assemble a universal Vapor X5 formula. Do not apply UK quantities to an unidentified import or to a differently named product such as Vapor X5 Ripped.
What to check before comparing products
Request the front label, complete nutrition panel, directions and market of sale. Compare the same portion size, ingredient forms and caffeine total. If a shop advertises 30 scoops, that does not necessarily mean 30 of the larger daily portions.
FDA caffeine guidance stresses that sensitivity varies and all caffeine sources count. Its 400 mg daily reference for most adults is not a recommended supplement portion or assurance of individual safety.
The NIH supplement overview cautions that findings on single ingredients cannot establish the effects of a whole mixture. This label review does not verify MuscleTech’s performance claims, compare workout results against another brand or establish current stock.
