Choosing a RYSE pre-workout starts with the product line, then the exact label. Loaded Pre, Godzilla and Loaded Pump are distinct powders. Candy or drink-brand collaborations describe a flavor partnership; they do not establish a shared caffeine level, ingredient list or serving size.
Loaded Pre: a caffeinated option with flavor differences
As one identified example, RYSE’s SunnyD Tangy Original panel lists one 14 g scoop, 30 servings, 4.5 g L-citrulline, 3.5 g beta-alanine and 300 mg Energy Fuel. The caffeine entry is divided into 270 mg caffeine anhydrous and 30 mg delayed-release caffeine.
The pictured orange-and-blue tub is this SunnyD version. It should not be used to imply that every Loaded Pre flavor has the same panel: the linked Airheads Cherry label instead lists a 14.1 g scoop and 3.2 g beta-alanine. Both examples declare 300 mg for the caffeine combination.
Godzilla: compare the correct serving column
The Godzilla Strawberry Kiwi panel has one- and two-scoop columns. It lists 40 one-scoop portions or 20 two-scoop portions. The caffeine components total 200 mg in the one-scoop column and 400 mg in the two-scoop column.
At two scoops, that particular panel lists 9 g L-citrulline plus 2 g citrulline nitrate, 6.4 g beta-alanine and 5 g creatine monohydrate. Keep the citrulline forms separate: 11 g of combined ingredient weights does not mean 11 g pure L-citrulline. These figures identify Strawberry Kiwi’s linked panel, not all Godzilla flavors.
There are unresolved listing differences. RYSE’s general Godzilla description quotes 3.2 g beta-alanine, and the Strawberry Kiwi front image’s net weight differs from the linked panel’s serving arithmetic. Confirm the actual tub’s panel and directions rather than assuming all displayed material represents one production version.
Loaded Pump: the caffeine-free line
RYSE describes Loaded Pump as containing no caffeine or other stimulants and no beta-alanine. That makes it the relevant line to inspect when those exclusions are your priority. It is a separate formula, rather than a lower-caffeine serving of Loaded Pre. The caffeine-free description does not make all ingredient combinations or uses appropriate for everyone.
A decision process that avoids misleading comparisons
- Decide whether you want caffeine at all. Flavor preference should not be the first stimulant decision.
- Choose an exact product and flavor. Read that package’s Supplement Facts, directions and warnings together.
- Normalize the serving. A tub with 40 one-scoop portions may provide only 20 of the larger two-scoop portions.
- Check overlapping products. Adding another pre-workout changes the total ingredient exposure, even if either product is advertised for stacking.
FDA’s caffeine guidance notes substantial variation in sensitivity and recommends considering all sources. A 400 mg portion already matches its general daily reference for most adults; that reference is not a target. For questions involving a condition or medication, discuss the specific label with a healthcare professional.
This is a manufacturer-label comparison, not a ranking based on personal workouts. More ingredients, a larger scoop or stronger branding do not establish which product will suit an individual.
