MUTANT pre-workout refers to a product family, not a generic description of an aggressive supplement. Three distinct names matter: ALL-IN, MADNESS and MIND FK. Their labels take different approaches, so a review of one should not supply the ingredient numbers for another.
ALL-IN: creatine included
The ALL-IN Sweet Melon label examined has half-scoop and full-scoop columns. At one 25 g scoop, it lists 8 g citrulline malate in a 2:1 ratio, 5 g creatine monohydrate, 3.2 g beta-alanine, 1 g taurine and 320 mg caffeine anhydrous. It shows about 20 full servings or 40 half servings.
Two details affect comparisons: 8 g citrulline malate is not 8 g pure L-citrulline, and adding a separate creatine product duplicates an ingredient already present. Count the serving you will actually use when comparing cost or ingredients.
MADNESS: read the caffeine complex correctly
The posted MADNESS Fruit Punch panel uses a 9 g scoop. It lists 1.5 g L-citrulline and 1.5 g beta-alanine. Its 515 mg caffeine-and-energy complex is not 515 mg caffeine: it contains multiple ingredients. The panel separately lists 310 mg caffeine anhydrous and 100 mg caffeine citrate standardized to 50% caffeine, implying approximately 360 mg caffeine from those sources. That calculation applies to the pictured label, not every historical or regional MADNESS formula.
MIND FK: different stimulant chemistry
MIND FK lists 200 mg enfinity paraxanthine, alongside 4 g L-citrulline, 3.2 g beta-alanine, 3 g tyrosine, 3 g taurine and 1.5 g Nitrosigine per listed serving. The brand markets it without caffeine, but that should not be translated into “stimulant-free” or assumed to make it suitable near bedtime. Manufacturer promises about a lack of jitters are not guarantees.
Choose by the container, not the reputation
Identify your country, flavor and serving column before applying these numbers. Check the warnings and avoid combining stimulant pre-workouts. For a medication or health-condition question, take the full label to a clinician. This comparison is based on published manufacturer information and inspected labels, not laboratory analysis, taste testing or a claim that any formula will produce a particular workout result.
