BSN’s standard N.O.-XPLODE page declares 275 mg caffeine and 1.8 g beta-alanine per serving. Its Blue Raz 16-serving Supplement Facts gives a serving size of 18.5 g. The product photograph here shows a separate 30-serving, 555 g Blue Raz package; the detailed panel example is specifically the manufacturer’s 16-serving image.
That panel contains proprietary matrices. Its 5.1 g Myogenic Matrix includes multiple ingredients, including creatine monohydrate and taurine. The 1 g N.O. Alpha Fusion blend likewise contains more than one component. Neither total identifies the amount of each ingredient inside it.
Why the blend totals matter
You cannot describe the 5.1 g matrix as 5.1 g creatine, or the 1 g blend as 1 g citrulline. An ingredient being listed confirms its presence on that panel, but not an undisclosed individual dose. Keep those quantities marked as unknown when comparing products.
A large scoop also includes everything in the serving, not just the ingredients you want to compare. Scoop weight, ingredient-list length and a strong stimulant sensation do not establish the effectiveness of the finished formula. This is a label analysis, without a laboratory assay or firsthand workout test.
VASO and Cool Rush need separate checks
BSN N.O.-XPLODE VASO lists 300 mg caffeine, 8 g citrulline, 3.2 g beta-alanine and 1 g creatine nitrate. It also lists yohimbe. Those are VASO details and should not be inserted into the standard N.O.-XPLODE formula. Creatine nitrate also should not be equated gram-for-gram with creatine monohydrate.
BSN N.O.-XPLODE Cool Rush declares 275 mg caffeine and is marketed around a cooling sensation. Sharing a caffeine figure with standard N.O.-XPLODE does not establish an identical complete formula or the same sensory experience.
Mixing and caffeine checks
BSN directs users to stir standard N.O.-XPLODE rather than shake it. Read the actual container before mixing instead of applying a generic shaker routine from another supplement.
The FDA’s caffeine guidance emphasizes individual sensitivity and counting all sources. Review coffee, energy drinks and other supplements alongside the pre-workout, and check the package warnings.
