Rich Piana Pre-Workout: 5% Nutrition Products and 5150 Label Limits

Rich Piana 5% Nutrition 5150 Fruit Punch pre-workout tub
Rich Piana 5% Nutrition 5150 Fruit Punch, shown in the manufacturer’s product photo. The front does not resolve the two differing official facts panels.

Rich Piana pre-workout refers to 5% Nutrition products

Rich Piana’s name appears on 5% Nutrition supplements. The brand’s pre-workout collection includes separately named products such as 5150, Kill It, Reloaded and Full AF. Full AF is presented as a non-stimulant pre-workout, so treating the entire range as one extreme-stimulant formula would miss an important distinction.

This guide uses 5150 High-Stimulant Pre-Workout as the detailed label example. The pictured Fruit Punch tub identifies that specific product; it does not stand in for Kill It, Full AF, a ready-to-drink bottle or every historical 5% Nutrition release.

What the reviewed 5150 panels agree on

The official 5150 listing supplied two different facts graphics in the October 12, 2026 review. Both list 30 servings and share selected amounts: 4 g L-citrulline, 3 g beta-alanine, 2 g taurine and 750 mg N-acetyl L-tyrosine. Those entries are useful reference points, but they do not resolve which panel applies to a particular delivered tub.

The caffeine claim needs qualification

Both reviewed labels show a 500 mg Stim-Crazy Caffeine Complex. This is a multi-ingredient complex, not 500 mg pure caffeine. The page’s prose also uses a 513 mg complex figure and describes approximately 400 mg effective caffeine; other sections say 400 mg or over 400 mg.

The defensible conclusion is that the brand markets 5150 around a 400 mg caffeine claim, while its published materials contain unresolved inconsistencies. This review cannot calculate a precise active caffeine total from undisclosed blend amounts. Nor should the brand’s phrase about eight caffeine types be repeated as a verified chemical description.

Why matching the actual package matters

One official panel states a 14.3 g scoop and lists Rauwolfia vomitoria within the complex. The other states a 14.9 g scoop and includes an alpha-yohimbine ingredient identified with Rauwolfia tetraphylla. Their simultaneous appearance does not establish a clear old-to-new sequence or a flavor-by-flavor mapping.

The manufacturer’s regional-formula FAQ also confirms that U.S. and international formulations can differ. Obtain the complete facts and warning panels for the market and package being sold. Ask the manufacturer to clarify the exact lot if the label and listing disagree.

A fair comparison with other pre-workouts

Compare identified products, serving definitions, disclosure limits and complete stimulant profiles. A founder’s reputation or a promise of intense focus does not establish effectiveness or personal suitability. The FDA’s 400 mg daily caffeine reference for most adults is not a recommendation to take that amount at once, and sensitivity varies.

No claim that Bucked Up or another brand is cleaner, safer or an equivalent replacement follows from these labels. This is a version-aware product guide, with the unresolved 5150 details left visible rather than filled in with a generic stacking plan.

First Phorm Pre-Workout: 1st Phorm Project-1 and Formula Differences

1st Phorm Project-1 Sweet Peach pre-workout tub with 200 mg caffeine per serving displayed
Standard 1st Phorm Project-1 Sweet Peach, showing 200 mg caffeine per serving. The photograph does not represent Project-1 Pro.

First Phorm means the 1st Phorm product range

The brand is styled 1st Phorm, and its pre-workout range includes several materially different products. A comparison should start with a full name such as Project-1, Project-1 Pro, Megawatt or Endura-Formance. Brand-wide descriptions of clinical dosing, predictable results or universal label transparency are not substitutes for reading the individual panel.

Standard Project-1: a verified Sweet Peach example

The Project-1 Sweet Peach manufacturer panel gives one scoop as 20.5 g, with about 20 servings per tub. The selected ingredient amounts below belong to that standard formula:

  • 6 g L-citrulline.
  • 5 g creatine monohydrate.
  • 3.2 g beta-alanine and 1 g taurine.
  • 300 mg L-theanine and 200 mg caffeine anhydrous.
  • 254 mg VasoDrive-AP, identified as hydrolyzed casein.

The panel explicitly declares milk. It also lists 300 mg Alpha GPC 50%; that material is not 300 mg pure alpha-GPC. Its separate 50 mg theobromine entry should not be added to the caffeine declaration as if both were caffeine.

How other 1st Phorm options differ

The Project-1 Pro product page reviewed October 12, 2026 advertises 350 mg caffeine and 2.5 mg yohimbine HCl. Those are manufacturer page claims for Pro, not the Sweet Peach standard-panel figures. The photo accompanying this article shows standard Project-1 with the 200 mg caffeine badge.

In its pre-workout comparison, 1st Phorm lists Megawatt with 150 mg caffeine and without Project-1’s creatine or beta-alanine. Endura-Formance is identified as caffeine-free, with 5 g creatine and 3.2 g beta-alanine. These range-level distinctions do not verify every flavor, older package or complete warning panel.

Check the name behind an old link

During the source review, the older /products/project-1 address redirected to Project-1 Pro. Standard Project-1 has a separate product page. Read the displayed product name rather than assuming a saved bookmark, retailer heading or shared brand photograph identifies the formula.

Compare what is actually on your label

Record the serving weight, caffeine and other stimulant ingredients, allergens, and any overlap with supplements already in your routine. For value, divide the final tub price by the number of the same labeled servings you are comparing. Neither a higher caffeine number nor a longer ingredient list proves a better workout.

The reviewed Project-1 warnings prohibit combining it with other caffeine products and include age and medical restrictions. Read the full warning on the actual container and ask a qualified clinician about relevant medications or conditions. This guide uses dated manufacturer evidence, with no taste test, individual dosing plan or promise of a safest stack.

Huge Supplements Wrecked: U.S. Formula, Caffeine and Serving Guide

Huge Supplements Wrecked Blue Razz pre-workout tub with black and blue packaging
Huge Supplements Wrecked Blue Razz in U.S. packaging. The reviewed common U.S. panel separates one-scoop and two-scoop quantities.

Wrecked is Huge Supplements’ named pre-workout

Huge Supplements Wrecked is a specific powdered supplement. A search for that name should lead to its formula, serving sizes and version differences. This guide examines the manufacturer’s U.S. product page and displayed facts panel verified on October 12, 2026; the accompanying product photo shows Blue Razz packaging.

The one-scoop and two-scoop columns

The displayed U.S. Supplement Facts lists one scoop as 18.8 g and two scoops as 37.6 g. A tub contains 40 of the smaller servings or 20 of the larger ones. Selected declared amounts are:

  • L-citrulline: 5 g at one scoop; 10 g at two.
  • Beta-alanine: 3.2 g at one scoop; 6.4 g at two.
  • Betaine anhydrous: 2.5 g at one scoop; 5 g at two.
  • L-tyrosine: 2.5 g at one scoop; 5 g at two.

These figures describe the label’s columns; they are not a recommendation to choose the larger quantity. Compare price per serving consistently. A forty-serving cost calculation should not be paired with ingredient amounts from the twenty-serving column.

Why the full-serving caffeine figure is 375 mg

At two scoops, the label lists 300 mg caffeine anhydrous and 100 mg di-caffeine malate standardized to 75% caffeine. The latter contributes 75 mg caffeine, giving a label-derived total of 375 mg. The one-scoop calculation is 187.5 mg. The manufacturer’s Wrecked FAQ corroborates the full-serving figure.

The panel also includes theobromine HCl and Rauwolfia vomitoria extract standardized for alpha-yohimbine. Caffeine alone therefore does not describe the entire stimulant profile. Alpha-GPC is listed as a 50% material; its ingredient weight should not be reported as the same weight of pure alpha-GPC.

Keep other Wrecked products separate

Wrecked Enraged is a distinct product, and the brand also markets a separate European Wrecked formula. Do not transfer the U.S. quantities above to those labels. The reviewed standard U.S. product page says that Wrecked does not contain creatine.

The displayed facts graphic is a common U.S. panel without a printed flavor name. Check the actual Blue Razz container, including its other ingredients, rather than assuming this review verifies every flavor or regional release.

Use the label as a comparison, not a promise

FDA guidance emphasizes differences in caffeine sensitivity and the importance of considering all sources. A larger scoop or stronger sensation does not establish better results or suitability. Read the complete package warnings and discuss medication or health-condition concerns with a qualified clinician. This is a sourced label review, without a personal workout test or a claim that another brand is inherently safer.

Alani Nu Pump: Historical Stim-Free Product and Label Guide

Historical Alani Nu Pump Stim Free tub in Mango Sorbet flavor
Historical Alani Nu Pump – Stim Free in Mango Sorbet, shown in a retailer-preserved product photo. Current availability and expiration are unverified.

Alani Nu Pump is a specific historical product

Alani Nu Pump refers to the brand’s Pump – Stim Free supplement. The named product was sold separately from Alani’s caffeinated Pre-Workout powders. Someone looking for that older tub needs a product-identification guide before a general discussion of pump ingredients.

What the original announcement establishes

A January 16, 2020 announcement from ingredient supplier Nutrition21 identifies Alani Nu Pump – Stim Free and confirms that it contained Nitrosigine. The supplier describes Nitrosigine as an arginine-silicate complex stabilized with inositol. The release establishes the product’s identity and its stimulant-free positioning.

It does not provide a complete flavor-specific Supplement Facts panel. This review therefore does not assign a precise citrulline, glycerol, beta-alanine or Nitrosigine dose to every Pump tub. Ingredient quantities mentioned in a supplier’s general research discussion are not automatically the amounts in Alani’s finished product.

How to recognize the packaging

The accompanying photograph shows the historical Mango Sorbet Pump – Stim Free container, marked 30 servings. It is a genuine branded product image preserved by a retailer. The photo identifies the package; it does not establish a current production run, remaining shelf life or an available item at checkout.

An active Pump – Stim Free offer was not confirmed in the official fitness collection during the October 12, 2026 source review. That limited finding should not be turned into a worldwide discontinuation claim. If a retailer still lists it, ask for photographs of the actual front and rear labels, lot code, expiration date and seal.

Do not substitute another Alani formula

The manufacturer’s Breezeberry Pre-Workout lists 200 mg caffeine per scoop. The documented Frozen Lemonade Pre-Workout+ panel lists 300 mg. Those caffeinated powders answer a different product request from historical Pump – Stim Free. Neither their scoop weights nor their ingredient lists should be copied onto Pump.

What to compare if the exact product is unavailable

For another caffeine-free powder, compare the full ingredient names, disclosed amounts, serving size and warnings on that product’s own label. A pump-focused name alone does not establish that a formula contains glycerol, that it improves recovery, or that it is suitable to combine with another supplement.

NIH’s performance-supplement guide discusses evidence limits and potential interactions. Stimulant-free positioning should not be treated as a universal safety guarantee. This article documents the historical product and the remaining label and availability gaps; it does not offer a dosing or stacking plan.

BPN Flight Pre-Workout: What Changed with PRE?

Historical BPN Flight Prickly Pear pre-workout tub with black lid and white label
Historical BPN Flight Prickly Pear tub, pictured by retailer The Feed. It is the older Flight product, not PRE, and the front photo does not establish the full formula.

BPN Flight is Bare Performance Nutrition’s named pre-workout, and its successor is called PRE. BPN’s Strength Collection FAQ explicitly says Flight is being retired as PRE takes over the flagship pre-workout role. That manufacturer statement is more useful than guessing a formula from an old name or a missing retailer page.

What BPN says changed

The transition FAQ says PRE retains 200 mg caffeine anhydrous and 3.2 g CarnoSyn beta-alanine from Flight, while adding 300 mg Alpha-GPC. The PRE product page repeats these three headline amounts and identifies Alpha-GPC as the main addition.

These statements establish how BPN describes this transition. They do not provide a complete ingredient history of every Flight flavor, regional package or earlier reformulation. We have not verified a full historical Flight Supplement Facts panel for this article, so other Flight ingredients and amounts are not filled in from what pre-workouts typically contain.

Flight packaging is not a PRE label

The image shows a historical Flight Prickly Pear tub marked 30 servings. It identifies the older product, but a front photograph does not reveal the entire formula or establish that a retailer still has fresh inventory. It should not be relabeled as a photograph of PRE.

If considering a remaining Flight listing, request a clear rear-label photo, exact flavor, serving weight, lot and expiration information, and confirmation of the product that will actually ship. A retirement announcement does not prove every retailer has sold out, and a search result does not confirm available stock.

PRE directions are specific to PRE

BPN’s current PRE directions say to mix one serving with 8–10 oz cold water, 20–30 minutes before training. The company says a serving is measured by weight and recommends starting with half a serving to assess response. Those are PRE instructions; they should not be assigned automatically to an unidentified historical Flight tub.

The PRE page also describes L-citrulline, betaine, N-acetyl tyrosine, taurine and other ingredients, but the three verified headline amounts above are not a substitute for the complete panel. Check the actual package when a particular ingredient, dose or allergen matters.

Energy, tingling and evidence

Although 200 mg is lower than some high-caffeine pre-workout servings, that comparison does not establish personal suitability. FDA guidance emphasizes differences in sensitivity and the importance of considering medications, medical conditions and all caffeine consumed. Extended training sessions do not by themselves justify an extra serving.

NIH’s exercise-supplement review separates ingredient evidence from evidence for complete mixtures. Beta-alanine is relevant to repeated use and muscle carnosine, not simply an immediate tingle. A label’s Alpha-GPC entry does not prove better lifting technique, fewer injuries or a guaranteed increase in strength. This article does not claim a hands-on test or a clinical comparison of Flight and PRE.

Choosing an alternative

BPN’s PUMP is a separate stimulant-free product in the Strength Collection. Its existence does not mean a PRE purchase requires a second tub. If comparing PRE with Bucked Up, choose one specific Bucked Up formula and compare caffeine, serving size, complete ingredient amounts and cost per intended use.

For tested athletes, verify the exact product and applicable certification in the certifier’s current records rather than relying only on a historical package image. The practical starting point is a correctly identified, current label. Familiar branding and broad promises of energy, focus or pumps are not enough to make different products equivalent.

Grape Pre-Workout: Flavor Names and Formula Differences

Gaspari Nutrition SuperPump MAX New Formula Grape Cooler pre-workout tub with blue lid and purple label accents
Gaspari SuperPump MAX New Formula Grape Cooler tub. This is a separate product from Original Bucked Up Grape Gainz and BAMF.

Grape pre-workout describes a flavor preference, not an ingredient specification. Grape-flavored products can differ in caffeine, serving size, other active ingredients and sweeteners. Choose the product line first, then compare the flavor you actually want.

Examples of distinct grape-flavored products

The reviewed Original Bucked Up manufacturer listing includes Grape Gainz among its flavors. Original is a specific formula with a listed 200 mg caffeine per serving. That fact should not be assigned to every grape-flavored Bucked Up product or to another brand’s tub.

The photograph shows Gaspari SuperPump MAX New Formula Grape Cooler, a separate product. Its manufacturer panel identifies a 17.8 g serving, 30 servings, 200 mg caffeine and 3,000 mg creatine monohydrate. Sharing a caffeine number with Original Bucked Up does not make the formulas identical; the reviewed Original listing is creatine-free.

Flavor names can hide important differences

Grape, grape cooler and grape limeade may describe different flavor profiles, but this article has not conducted a taste or mixability test. It does not rate sweetness, aftertaste or which product tastes most like a particular drink.

Use the exact flavor’s ingredient list when checking sweeteners, colors or allergens. Do not assume a photograph or review of a different flavor answers those questions.

Compare the amount you would actually receive

  • Record full product name, version, flavor and serving weight.
  • Read total caffeine and any other stimulants.
  • Compare container size and labeled serving count before price.
  • Distinguish L-citrulline from citrulline malate and individual ingredients from proprietary-blend totals.
  • Check whether the current offer is for a tub, sample or another format.

The linked BAMF product is another formula, not simply a grape upgrade. A strong stimulant sensation does not establish a better match for your workout, and a flavor you like is not a reason to combine pre-workouts or increase servings.

Samples do not guarantee a grape selection

The retained sample-kit destination identifies a separate campaign. Its contents can change, so confirm the actual assortment rather than assuming a particular grape flavor is included. No current flavor inventory, discount or personal tolerance outcome is guaranteed here.

RAW Pre-Workout: Essential, Thavage and Label Differences

CBUM Thavage Cherry Lime Slush pre-workout from RAW Nutrition, 40 or 20 servings
RAW Nutrition CBUM Thavage Cherry Lime Slush, marked 40/20 servings. This is one identified Thavage version, not the formula for every RAW pre-workout.

RAW pre-workout most usefully identifies RAW Nutrition’s product range. The brand name does not mean an unflavored powder, a minimalist ingredient list or a product without sweeteners. RAW Nutrition is also distinct from Beyond Raw, the GNC line that sells LIT.

Start with the exact RAW product

RAW’s site separates Essential, Essential Tingle-Free, Essential Charged, Essential Performance, Thavage, Thuper Thavage and ready-to-drink options. Pump products are listed separately. These are product names to investigate, not one shared formula that can be described with a single caffeine amount.

The standard Essential product page advertises 4 g L-citrulline, 3.2 g beta-alanine and 200 mg caffeine per scoop. Those headline amounts describe that listing. They should not be applied to an Essential variant or a Thavage tub without checking its own panel.

Thavage: a concrete label example

The manufacturer’s Cherry Lime Slush Thavage panel gives one scoop as 12.63 g and two as 25.26 g, with 40 or 20 servings per container. At two scoops it lists:

  • L-citrulline: 6 g
  • Beta-alanine: 3.2 g
  • Betaine anhydrous: 2.5 g
  • L-tyrosine and taurine: 2 g each
  • Nitrosigine inositol-stabilized arginine silicate: 1.5 g
  • Agmatine sulfate: 1 g
  • Alpha-glyceryl phosphoryl choline 50%: 400 mg of the labeled ingredient
  • Caffeine anhydrous: 260 mg, plus dicaffeine malate delivering 45 mg caffeine

The caffeine entries total approximately 305 mg at two scoops. At one scoop the panel gives 130 mg anhydrous plus a rounded 23 mg yield from dicaffeine malate, approximately 153 mg combined. The 32 / 64 mg dicaffeine-malate ingredient weights are not entirely caffeine. The panel’s 50% choline-ingredient designation likewise matters when comparing amounts.

Resolve the page-versus-panel disagreement

The main Thavage sales page also contains general copy claiming 200 mg caffeine. That does not match the identified Cherry Lime Slush panel. This article preserves the discrepancy instead of averaging the figures or assuming a universal reformulation. Get the current rear label for the exact flavor and batch before purchase, particularly if caffeine is your deciding factor.

The pictured Cherry Lime Slush tub is marked 40/20 servings. It illustrates one Thavage version, not all RAW products. Its panel also lists natural and artificial flavors, sucralose and acesulfame potassium, making a generic claim that RAW means unflavored or additive-free inaccurate.

How to compare these options

Compare the portion you intend to use. A 40-serving tub becomes 20 uses at two scoops, and half the scoop count changes every ingredient, not just caffeine. Use delivered one-time cost divided by those actual uses; keep a subscription offer separate.

Check existing supplements for overlapping caffeine and other ingredients before building a stack. A brand name or athlete association is not evidence that combining several formulas improves results. NIH notes that studies of individual ingredients cannot establish the effects of an untested combination. Beta-alanine’s potential benefits arise through repeated use, so tingling is not proof that the chosen portion is effective.

The FDA’s general 400 mg daily caffeine reference is not a target or assurance of suitability. Sensitivity, medical conditions and medications can change the assessment. When comparing RAW with a specific Bucked Up product, match the full labels and their serving sizes rather than treating either brand as one formula.

Send It Pre-Workout: UXO to Die Tryin SEND IT 3.0

Die Tryin Co. SEND IT 3.0 Sour Watermelon black pre-workout tub with pink and white lettering, marked 25 servings
Die Tryin Co. SEND IT 3.0 Sour Watermelon, 25-serving tub. Older UXO SEND IT and v2 formulas are separate versions.

SEND IT is an actual pre-workout product line, historically associated with UXO Supplements. The company’s rebrand explanation identifies its new name as Die Tryin Co. and distinguishes the evolved SEND IT 3.0 from older UXO versions. It is not just a nickname for taking any high-stimulant powder before an intense session.

The SEND IT 3.0 label

The manufacturer-hosted 3.0 Supplement Facts panel lists one 22.3 g scoop and 25 servings. The declared ingredients per scoop are:

  • L-citrulline: 9 g
  • Beta-alanine: 3.2 g
  • L-tyrosine: 3 g
  • Betaine anhydrous: 2.5 g
  • Alpha GPC 50%: 400 mg of the labeled ingredient
  • Natural caffeine anhydrous from green coffee beans: 250 mg
  • ZümXR extended-release caffeine: 36 mg
  • PeptiPump lentil protein hydrolysate: 200 mg
  • CognatiQ coffee-fruit extract: 100 mg
  • AstraGin: 50 mg

The manufacturer describes the caffeine system as approximately 286 mg total. That is a brand-declared total, not a laboratory measurement performed for this review. The Alpha GPC entry explicitly includes a 50% designation; its 400 mg ingredient weight should not be compared unqualified with 400 mg of pure Alpha-GPC.

Do not import an older SEND IT formula

The 3.0 product page says its update replaced citrulline malate with pure L-citrulline, introduced PeptiPump and changed the caffeine system. A UXO label, SEND IT v2 review or separate SEND IT Sport listing therefore needs its own analysis. Those names are not interchangeable simply because the manufacturer has a shared history.

The pictured Sour Watermelon tub identifies SEND IT 3.0 and 25 servings. The page’s generic 3.0 panel does not specify a flavor, so check the actual flavor’s serving weight and other ingredients when it arrives. Creatine is not listed on the reviewed panel; that is a formula distinction, not a reason everyone must buy an additional supplement.

What the performance claims can establish

The formula has disclosed amounts, but disclosure is not proof of an outcome. The page’s promises about smooth energy, pumps and focus are manufacturer claims. This review does not independently verify a clinical trial of the finished 3.0 formula, a batch certificate or a banned-substance certification. A generic third-party-testing statement should not be expanded into a guarantee of suitability for a tested athlete.

NIH’s exercise-supplement review cautions against predicting the effects of a multi-ingredient mixture solely from studies of its parts. Beta-alanine works through changes in muscle carnosine over repeated use; tingling is not a test of workout effectiveness. A large citrulline number also does not guarantee a particular increase in repetitions or recovery speed.

Natural caffeine still counts

The FDA explains that naturally occurring and added caffeine are handled in the same way. The word natural does not make this a stimulant-free or universally gentler product. Count the extended-release component, coffee, energy drinks and other caffeine sources when assessing intake. Discuss medication interactions, medical conditions or unusual sensitivity with a qualified clinician.

Follow the instructions and warnings on the specific tub rather than using gym slang as a dosing rule. For a comparison with Bucked Up, match actual serving size, caffeine, ingredient forms and cost per use. The useful choice is the formula that fits your requirements, not the one whose name sounds most aggressive.

Organic Pre-Workout: Certification, Labels and Formula Checks

Black and green Organic Muscle Nature's Pre-Workout Lemon Berry tub marked 20 servings and USDA Organic
Organic Muscle Nature’s Pre-Workout Lemon Berry packaging bearing an organic mark. This is a separate brand, not evidence that the linked Bucked Up products share its certification.

Organic pre-workout should mean more than green packaging or plant-based marketing. In the United States, USDA organic labeling has specific categories. A product containing an organic ingredient is not automatically an organic finished product.

Know what the label is claiming

USDA distinguishes 100 percent organic, organic, and made-with-organic categories. Products labeled organic generally require at least 95 percent organic ingredients, excluding salt and water. The made-with category requires at least 70 percent and cannot use the USDA organic seal. Detailed conditions and exemptions apply, so inspect the actual claim and certifier rather than inventing a category such as organic-leaning.

Certification and performance answer different questions

Organic status does not establish a caffeine amount, prove greater strength gains or show that a formula is gentler on digestion. It does not mean allergen-free, stimulant-free or suitable for pregnancy. Those are separate questions requiring their own information.

The photographed Organic Muscle Nature’s Pre-Workout Lemon Berry package bears an organic mark. It is a different brand from the Bucked Up references below. The manufacturer’s published materials have included conflicting 70 mg and 150 mg caffeine descriptions, so the exact current package panel should resolve the formula before purchase.

A greens powder is not automatically a pre-workout

Bucked Up Organic Greens is identified by its manufacturer as a greens powder. That category and an organic-ingredient claim do not establish immediate exercise benefits or turn it into a complete pre-workout formula. Adding it to a different powder also does not make the combined drink certified organic.

The existing Babe and older Non-Stim links refer to separate products. This review does not establish organic certification for either. The old Non-Stim referral was unavailable in its dated check, so its current formula and purchase availability remain unconfirmed.

A useful shopping checklist

  • Read the exact organic statement and named certifier.
  • Inspect all ingredients, caffeine and serving information.
  • Check the panel for the particular flavor and version being sold.
  • Separate production standards from claims about health or performance.
  • Do not assume a greens-plus-pre-workout stack is necessary or validated.

If organic sourcing matters to you, make it an explicit criterion and verify it directly. It should complement a clear understanding of the product, not replace one.

The older Zero / Non-Stim destination returned an unavailable page during review. Its exact referral link is retained, but it is not a verified working purchase option.

Beyond Raw LIT Pre-Workout: V2 Ingredients and Caffeine

Beyond Raw LIT V2 Gummy Worm pre-workout tub
Beyond Raw LIT V2 Gummy Worm powder, 30 servings. This is the V2 tub, not an older LIT powder or an On-The-Go can.

LIT pre-workout refers to Beyond Raw LIT, a named product in GNC’s supplement range. It should not be explained simply as slang for feeling energized. Beyond Raw and RAW Nutrition are separate brands, and LIT powder, LIT AF and LIT On-The-Go drinks should not share one assumed formula.

Which LIT powder is covered here?

This guide uses the U.S. LIT V2 Gummy Worm listing, whose Supplement Facts specify a 16.8 g scoop and 30 servings. Formula names matter because GNC’s V2 formulator explanation describes increases from 1.5 to 3 g creatine and from 3 to 5 g L-citrulline compared with its earlier LIT example.

Older ingredient graphics remain farther down the product page. They mention ingredients or quantities that do not describe the selected V2 panel. Use the version on the tub and its own Supplement Facts, rather than assembling a formula from several sections of a long sales page.

LIT V2 Gummy Worm: amounts per scoop

  • L-citrulline: 5 g
  • Beta-alanine: 3.2 g
  • Creatine monohydrate: 3 g
  • Caffeine blend: 250 mg, comprising 200 mg caffeine anhydrous and 50 mg targeted-release ZümXR caffeine
  • Citicoline, as Cognizin: 250 mg
  • Senactiv: 50 mg; AstraGin: 50 mg
  • Sodium: 150 mg; potassium: 100 mg

The panel lists zero sugar and includes sucralose among the other ingredients. These amounts apply to the selected powder, not to a can carrying a related LIT name. The formulator article prints beta-alanine in milligrams in one comparison; the product panel explicitly gives 3.2 grams.

How to interpret the formula

All 250 mg caffeine count toward daily intake, including the targeted-release portion. A release-system name does not establish that someone will avoid jitteriness or sleep disruption. The FDA emphasizes substantial variation in caffeine sensitivity; its 400 mg daily reference for most adults is not a personal allowance or a recommended dose.

The included creatine is meaningful when planning total intake across supplements. NIH finds support for creatine in repeated high-intensity exercise, but an immediate energized feeling is not a measure of creatine’s longer-term effect. There is no automatic need to buy a second creatine product merely because a retailer recommends a stack.

Beta-alanine should also be considered over repeated use. Its tingling sensation does not demonstrate better endurance in that session. Evidence for individual ingredients, including branded ones, does not establish that this exact finished product gives everyone better focus, larger muscles or faster recovery. This article reports the label and evidence context, not firsthand performance testing.

Directions and practical buying checks

GNC’s directions for this powder say to mix one scoop with 8 fl oz cold water before training and avoid use near bedtime. Read the warnings on the package, particularly when medication, pregnancy, nursing or a medical condition is relevant. Adult-use labeling should not be interpreted as evidence that the product suits every adult.

Before comparing LIT V2 with Bucked Up or another brand, identify the exact competing formula. Compare total caffeine, included creatine, ingredient forms and cost per intended serving. Keep a one-time purchase separate from a recurring subscription price. Neither the word LIT nor a higher stimulant number establishes better training results.
