Animal Fury Pre-Workout: Ingredients, Caffeine and Serving

Animal Fury Kiwi Lime pre-workout tub with 350 mg caffeine marking
Animal Fury Kiwi Lime, 510 g and 30 servings. The matching manufacturer panel lists 350 mg caffeine per 17 g scoop.

Animal Fury has a specific, short formula

Animal Fury is a named Animal pre-workout, with a label that can be examined directly. Describing it as an unspecified multi-stimulant or nootropic stack obscures the actual product. This guide uses the manufacturer’s Kiwi Lime, 30-serving panel verified on October 11, 2026.

What one Kiwi Lime serving contains

The panel defines one serving as one 17 g scoop and lists 25 calories. Its main ingredients are:

  • Citrulline malate: 6,000 mg.
  • Instant BCAA blend: 5,000 mg, containing leucine, isoleucine and valine.
  • Beta-alanine: 2,000 mg.
  • L-tyrosine: 1,000 mg.
  • Caffeine anhydrous: 350 mg.

The caffeine amount is individually disclosed. The BCAA amount is a combined total, without separate quantities for the three amino acids on this panel. Likewise, the citrulline-malate entry does not establish 6 g of pure L-citrulline or disclose a malate ratio. Those distinctions matter when comparing ingredient amounts across brands.

Fury versus Animal’s other pre-workouts

Animal Primal is a separate formula. The manufacturer’s page reviewed for this comparison states 300 mg caffeine and a two-rounded-scoop serving instruction. It also names ingredients such as betaine, taurine, TeaCrine and electrolytes. Those ingredients should not be added to Fury’s ingredient list simply because both tubs share the Animal brand.

Animal Pump Non-Stim is another distinct product. The brand lists 6 g L-citrulline, 3.2 g beta-alanine, 2.5 g betaine and 1.5 g Nitrosigine for that stimulant-free formula. Its pure L-citrulline listing and Fury’s citrulline malate listing are different comparison units. Look for the complete product name when shopping.

The 350 mg caffeine figure needs context

Fury’s labeled serving contributes a substantial amount of caffeine before coffee, energy drinks or other supplements are counted. The FDA’s commonly cited 400 mg figure concerns total daily intake for most adults; it is not a recommended pre-workout dose or an individualized safety guarantee.

Follow the actual container’s directions and warnings. Do not combine caffeinated pre-workouts to recreate another formula. If health conditions, medication or stimulant sensitivity affect the decision, discuss the exact label with a qualified healthcare professional.

What to check before buying

Match the flavor, serving weight and package label to the information above. Compare cost per labeled serving and whether you want caffeine at all. This is a documented ingredient comparison, with no personal taste test or claim that Fury, Primal or another brand produces better results for everyone.

Woke Up Pre Workout: Check the WOKE AF Product Name

Bucked Up Woke AF high stimulant pre-workout tub
Regular WOKE AF Miami packaging. WOKE AF BLACK is a separate product version.

Confirm the name on the container

“Woke up pre workout” is an ambiguous search phrase. If you mean Bucked Up’s product, the name is WOKE AF. This page explains that product; it does not assume that everyone using the phrase wants a high-stimulant supplement or needs one to exercise.

What the manufacturer actually identifies

The reviewed WOKE AF listing describes 333 mg caffeine per serving together with Dendrobium and synephrine. That is a product-specific stimulant profile, not a promise of better concentration, faster recovery or extra muscle growth. High tolerance does not establish that a combination is appropriate for you.

The pictured Miami tub is regular WOKE AF. WOKE AF BLACK is a separate version: its current manufacturer page also states 333 mg caffeine and highlights an added humic/fulvic mineral blend. “Black” should not be read as proof of more caffeine, a necessary upgrade or a clinically demonstrated detoxification benefit.

Read the directions before comparing prices

  • Match the flavor and exact version to its current Supplement Facts and warnings.
  • Check whether the stated amount is per scoop or per serving; do not borrow directions from another Bucked Up product.
  • Account for coffee, energy drinks and other supplements rather than comparing only the tub’s headline number.
  • Do not combine stimulant products to chase a stronger sensation. The Black listing specifically warns against combining it with other caffeinated products.

Caffeine can interfere with sleep and cause unwanted effects. FDA’s general adult guidance is not a personalized clearance for a high-stimulant blend. Ask a qualified clinician about medications or health conditions before choosing one.

Samples are an offer, not a safety test

The older sampler link below is retained as an existing campaign reference. Its advertised contents, shipping cost and eligibility must be checked at the destination. A sample does not make a product risk-free or prove that repeated use will suit you. No firsthand taste, performance or tolerance test is claimed here.

Gorilla Mode Protein: Gorilla Whey Ingredients and Label

Gorilla Whey Peanut Butter Cup protein powder tub, 27 servings and 1045 g
Gorilla Whey Peanut Butter Cup, 27 servings. The nutrition figures in this guide reference the matching manufacturer flavor panel.

Gorilla Mode Protein is listed as Gorilla Whey

The official Gorilla Mind page at the Gorilla Mode Protein address now sells Gorilla Whey. This is a protein powder made with whey isolate and whey concentrate. Gorilla Mode pre-workout is a separate product, so its caffeine and performance ingredients should never be transferred to the protein powder’s description.

Peanut Butter Cup: the exact nutrition label

The manufacturer’s Peanut Butter Cup panel lists 27 servings, with one scoop weighing approximately 38.7 g. Each serving provides:

  • 25 g protein and 140 calories.
  • 2.5 g total fat and 4 g carbohydrate.
  • 2 g fiber, 1 g total sugar and 0 g added sugar.
  • 230 mg sodium.

These figures describe that flavor and serving size. A scoop of powder is not the same thing as a scoop of pure protein: the 38.7 g serving also contains flavoring and the other listed ingredients. Use the actual flavor’s panel when logging nutrition or comparing containers.

What the protein blend contains

Whey protein isolate appears first in the ingredient list, followed by whey protein concentrate. The manufacturer describes the inputs as isolate 90% and concentrate 80%; those percentages describe the protein ingredients, not a claim that the finished powder contains 90% protein or that the blend is 90% isolate.

The Peanut Butter Cup ingredients also include cocoa powder, peanut flour, xanthan gum, natural flavors, Himalayan rock salt, acesulfame potassium, sucralose, papain and lactase. The allergen statement identifies milk and peanut. Added lactase does not change the milk-allergen declaration, and the label does not certify this flavor as lactose-free.

How to compare it with another protein powder

Compare equal amounts of protein rather than equal scoop sizes. An isolate-only powder and this isolate/concentrate blend may have different calories, carbohydrate, fat and serving weights even when both provide 25 g protein. Compare the ingredient and allergen lists alongside the nutrition totals.

For value, divide the actual purchase price by the number of labeled servings, then check how much protein each serving supplies. Keep one-time prices separate from subscription offers. A bigger tub or a smaller scoop alone cannot establish better value.

Keep expectations specific

Gorilla Mind’s product Q&A states that the protein powder contains no creatine. Treat protein, creatine and pre-workout as separate purchasing decisions rather than assuming a branded stack is necessary. This is a label review; taste, digestive comfort and mixing performance have not been personally tested here.

Cutler Nutrition Prevail: Focus Formula and Caffeine Labels

Cutler Nutrition PREVAIL Focus Sour Rainbow Candy pre-workout tub
Cutler Nutrition PREVAIL Focus Sour Rainbow Candy. The ingredient discussion uses this flavor’s published panel, rather than assigning PREVAIL RUSH ingredients to it.

PREVAIL Focus has a specific formula

Cutler Nutrition’s PREVAIL Focus is a named caffeinated pre-workout. Evaluating it means reading its own panel rather than assuming it contains every familiar “pump, energy and endurance” ingredient. The Sour Rainbow Candy label examined here does not list beta-alanine or creatine.

PREVAIL RUSH is separate. Cutler’s Rush page describes added beta-alanine, betaine nitrate and a different stimulant approach. Those ingredients and directions should not be transferred to ordinary PREVAIL Focus.

Start with the serving column

The manufacturer’s Sour Rainbow Candy panel shows one scoop at 7 g and two scoops at 14 g, with 40 or 20 servings per container. Its two-scoop column lists:

  • 4,000 mg L-citrulline
  • 2,000 mg taurine
  • 750 mg N-acetyl-L-tyrosine
  • 750 mg Alpha GPC 50% material
  • 100 mg Neurofactor whole coffee fruit extract

One scoop supplies half those listed amounts. An article using the larger column must make that serving clear. Also, 750 mg of material described as Alpha GPC 50% should not be advertised as 750 mg pure alpha-GPC.

Count both caffeine sources

At two scoops, the panel lists 250 mg caffeine anhydrous plus 150 mg dicaffeine malate, marked as yielding approximately 75% caffeine. Arithmetic from those declarations suggests approximately 362.5 mg caffeine; one scoop would correspond to roughly 181 mg.

Those are calculations from this panel, not an independent laboratory measurement. Calling it simply a 250 mg caffeine serving would omit the second source. Theobromine is listed separately and should not be counted as additional caffeine.

Ingredient percentages and claims need care

The same panel lists a Huperzine-A 1% ingredient. That percentage-qualified entry cannot support an unqualified claim of 500 micrograms pure huperzine A, even though the page’s promotional wording uses a simplified figure. Ask the manufacturer to clarify any mismatch between a container, its panel and website copy.

Use this flavor-specific description cautiously when comparing other packaging. It does not establish that all historical or regional PREVAIL versions have identical labels.

Compare without promises of better workouts

NIH notes that studies of individual ingredients cannot establish the safety or effects of an entire mixture. Marketing language about focus, recovery or avoiding crashes should therefore be treated as claims, not guaranteed personal results.

Include coffee and energy drinks when assessing daily caffeine. FDA highlights individual sensitivity and medication or medical-condition considerations. Choose using the exact formula and its warnings, rather than celebrity association or a higher stimulant number. This is a label-based guide, not a report of personal product testing.

Axe and Sledge Pre Workout: Compare Three Current Formulas

Axe & Sledge Hydraulic Orange Mango stimulant-free pre-workout tub
Axe & Sledge Hydraulic Orange Mango, the stimulant-free product in this comparison. Ignition Switch and Intake are different formulas.

Axe & Sledge makes several different pre-workouts

An Axe and Sledge pre workout comparison needs an exact product name. The brand’s current range includes caffeinated formulas and a stimulant-free option, with substantially different serving sizes. Treating all of them as one aggressive stimulant blend misses the most useful differences.

The examples below use manufacturer-published panels for specific flavors. Check the container you are buying because a familiar name, older review or different flavor may show another version.

Ignition Switch: a one-scoop formula

The current Classic Punch panel defines one serving as a 13 g scoop, with 30 servings per container. It lists 4 g L-citrulline, 3.4 g beta-alanine, 1 g L-tyrosine, 500 mg choline DL-bitartrate, 150 mg caffeine anhydrous and 50 mg theobromine.

That ingredient list should not be replaced with the older Ignition Switch formula found in historical articles. The current instructions specify one scoop and explicitly warn against combining it with other stimulant-containing products.

Intake: read the two serving columns

The Cluster Candies panel shows one 11 g scoop or two scoops totaling 22 g, yielding 40 or 20 servings respectively. At two scoops it lists 8 g L-citrulline, 3.2 g beta-alanine and 2.5 g betaine anhydrous.

That same column lists 250 mg caffeine anhydrous and 50 mg zümXR extended-release caffeine; the product page states 300 mg caffeine overall. It also lists 100 mg theobromine. Do not present the two-scoop amounts as one scoop’s contents, or add theobromine to the caffeine total.

Hydraulic: stimulant-free still has a full formula

The current Orange Mango panel identifies Hydraulic as stimulant-free. One scoop weighs 12.4 g; two weigh 24.8 g. The corresponding amounts are 4/8 g L-citrulline, 1.6/3.2 g beta-alanine and 1.5/3 g HydroPrime 65% glycerol powder. The weight of that glycerol-containing ingredient is not an equal weight of pure glycerol.

Hydraulic’s lack of caffeine does not establish that it is appropriate for every person or compatible with every other supplement. Its overlapping ingredients still count when comparing or combining products.

Make the comparison useful

Start with caffeine preference, the actual serving column and the ingredients you want to evaluate. Then compare cost per chosen labeled serving. Neither a stronger sensation nor a longer ingredient list demonstrates better results.

NIH cautions that research on separate ingredients cannot reliably predict an entire combination’s effects or safety. Read complete warnings, consider medical conditions and medications with a qualified professional, and avoid treating manufacturer performance claims as guaranteed outcomes. This guide is label research, not a firsthand review.

No-Sugar Pre-Workout: What to Check Beyond the Claim

Bucked Up pre-workout Miami flavor tub strawberry mango pineapple
Bucked Up Original Miami shown as a product example; packaging alone does not establish a ranking, offer or training result.

No sugar describes part of the label

A no-sugar pre-workout can still contain caffeine, other active ingredients and sweeteners. The claim does not establish that the product is calorie-free, suitable for every diet or better for training. Compare the complete label and serving size rather than using one front-of-package phrase as a health verdict.

Separate total sugars, added sugars and carbohydrates

The FDA explains that total sugars include naturally occurring sugars as well as added sugars. Added sugars are a subset, not another quantity to add to total sugars. A no-added-sugar claim therefore answers a different question from whether a serving contains any sugar.

Read total carbohydrate and calories separately where shown. Do not assume the absence of sugar supplies the carbohydrate fuel needed for a long training session. Food energy and the alertness associated with caffeine are different things.

Read the other ingredients

  • Check which sweeteners the selected flavor uses rather than assuming it is unsweetened.
  • Read allergens and any ingredients you personally need to avoid.
  • Check caffeine per full serving and add your other daily sources.
  • Look for other stimulants even when the product is marketed around a pump or focus claim.
  • Confirm whether the label describes one scoop or several.

A flavor name does not prove that two products share the same sweeteners or nutrition facts. Neither a zero-sugar claim nor a familiar ingredient list establishes that a product treats diabetes or another medical condition. Ask a qualified professional about your specific dietary or medication requirements.

Judge the formula on more than sugar

Compare disclosed amounts and the reason you would use each ingredient. NIH notes that evidence for one ingredient cannot automatically establish the results of an untested combination. A product can meet your sugar preference without being necessary or particularly useful for your workout.

The Bucked Up photograph is a product example, not a guarantee about every flavor or future formula. Check the actual package before buying, and assess whether the serving directions, caffeine amount, taste and delivered cost suit your routine.

Flight Pre Workout: BPN’s Move from Flight to PRE

Historical BPN Flight Prickly Pear pre-workout tub with black lid and white label
Historical BPN Flight Prickly Pear packaging, pictured by retailer The Feed. This is Flight, not the newer PRE formula; the photo does not establish an ingredient panel.

Flight is a named BPN pre-workout

Flight pre workout refers to Bare Performance Nutrition’s supplement, rather than a special routine for flying. BPN now says Flight is being retired as PRE becomes its flagship pre-workout. That transition matters when you compare an older review, a retailer’s remaining Flight stock and a new PRE tub.

This is a source-based identification guide. We have not tested either formula for taste, workout performance or side effects.

What BPN says changed

BPN’s Strength Collection FAQ describes PRE as an evolution of Flight, retaining a stated 200 mg caffeine anhydrous and 3.2 g CarnoSyn beta-alanine while adding 300 mg Alpha-GPC. The current PRE page repeats those headline quantities.

These statements support the transition and the current product’s advertised amounts. They do not establish that every historical Flight flavor, country-specific version or retailer listing had that same formula. A photograph of a Flight tub also cannot verify its complete ingredient panel.

Check the product you will actually receive

  • Read the exact name. Flight and PRE are distinguishable products. Do not assume a seller has replaced one with the other.
  • Request a readable label. Match flavor, serving weight, caffeine declaration and full ingredient list to the actual container. Treat an old listing with missing details as incomplete.
  • Separate PRE from PUMP. BPN lists PUMP as a different, stimulant-free product. Buying PRE does not mean you are receiving PUMP, and the collection’s individual products should be evaluated separately.
  • Compare like-for-like prices. Check servings at the labeled amount and distinguish a one-time purchase from a recurring subscription offer.

Use the current directions, with realistic expectations

PRE’s published instructions specify one serving in 8–10 ounces of water, 20–30 minutes before training. BPN emphasizes measuring by weight and starting with half a serving to assess response. Those are PRE instructions; follow the full directions and warnings on a Flight container if that is what you own.

NIH’s evidence review describes beta-alanine research involving repeated supplementation over weeks. Tingling after a serving is a possible side effect, not a measure of workout quality. Evidence for an individual ingredient also cannot establish the performance or safety of a finished combination.

Count caffeine from coffee, energy drinks and other supplements. FDA notes substantial variation in sensitivity and advises discussing relevant conditions or medications with a healthcare professional. The practical first step is identifying Flight versus PRE, then checking that product’s label before deciding whether it fits your routine.

Pulse Pre Workout: Legion Formula and Caffeine Explained

Pulse is Legion’s named pre-workout supplement. It is not a defined category of short-burst stimulation, and the name does not promise that caffeine wears off when a brief workout ends. This guide covers original caffeinated Pulse using manufacturer information checked on October 12, 2026.

Original Pulse’s full serving

Legion lists the following amounts for a two-scoop serving:

  • Caffeine: 350 mg.
  • L-theanine: 350 mg.
  • Citrulline malate: 8 g.
  • Beta-alanine: 3.6 g.
  • Betaine: 2.5 g.
  • Alpha-GPC: 300 mg of the 50% ingredient preparation.

One scoop provides 175 mg caffeine and half the other ingredient quantities. Keep the ingredient forms attached to those numbers: citrulline malate includes malate, and the alpha-GPC preparation is not equivalent to the same weight of pure alpha-GPC.

Why the serving count changes the comparison

A 20-serving tub provides approximately 40 individual scoops. Compare cost and ingredients at the portion you would actually use. Forty one-scoop uses and twenty full servings describe the same container, but they deliver different amounts per workout.

Reducing the serving affects the whole formula, not just the caffeine. Check the current tub’s directions and warnings rather than borrowing the scoop size or timing from another brand. Original Pulse contains no creatine according to Legion.

The product name does not shorten caffeine’s effects

A short HIIT session or a few heavy sets does not make caffeine short-lived. Theanine should not be treated as a guarantee against jitters or sleep disruption. Your response and total caffeine intake still matter, especially when training later in the day.

FDA guidance identifies substantial variation in caffeine sensitivity. A large serving is not a target, and adding energy drinks or another caffeinated pre-workout makes the total harder to manage. Seek professional advice when medications or health conditions affect the decision.

Keep other Pulse versions separate

Pulse Stim-Free, Pulse+ Burn and Pulse+ Pump have their own product information. A different name or selected version can change the formula. For caffeine avoidance, verify an explicitly caffeine-free product rather than relying on a flavor name or taking less of regular Pulse.

Likewise, beta-alanine tingling is not a sign that a brief workout is being buffered instantly. NIH evaluates its potential benefits in the context of repeated supplementation, and ingredient research does not guarantee the finished blend will improve every session.

Bottom line: Identify the exact Pulse version, count the scoops and compare its full label. There is no need to invent a separate pulse-style training or supplement strategy.

Gnarly Pre Workout: Caffeine, Ingredients and Label Guide

Red and cream Gnarly Pre-Workout Strawberry Lemonade 420 g pouch marked with caffeine
Gnarly Pre-Workout Strawberry Lemonade pouch marked with caffeine. Check the exact package and lot for certification.

Gnarly Pre-Workout is a product from Gnarly Nutrition, not a generic name for an unusually strong stimulant blend. The useful comparison begins with its own label. This guide focuses on the manufacturer’s pictured Strawberry Lemonade formula with caffeine.

What the caffeinated label contains

The displayed Supplement Facts identify one level 14 g scoop and about 30 servings. Each serving provides:

  • Caffeine from green tea leaf: 180 mg.
  • Citrulline malate: 5 g.
  • Vegan BCAAs: 4 g, comprising 2 g leucine, 1 g isoleucine and 1 g valine.
  • Beta-alanine as CarnoSyn: 2.5 g.
  • Asian ginseng root powder: 150 mg.

That panel does not list creatine or betaine. A broad benefits paragraph elsewhere on the website mentions them, but the pictured product-specific panel is the appropriate basis for this ingredient summary. Citrulline malate should also not be presented as the same weight of pure L-citrulline.

Caffeine-free information needs its own check

Gnarly’s page describes a caffeine-free Strawberry Lemonade version as well as caffeinated products. However, the reviewed buying selector showed Strawberry Lemonade and Mango without a clearly separate caffeine-free choice. Confirm the actual package and available variant rather than assuming a flavor name answers the caffeine question.

The photographed Strawberry Lemonade pouch explicitly says it contains caffeine. Taking less of a caffeinated product does not turn it into a caffeine-free one. Include other drinks and supplements when deciding whether its caffeine fits your routine.

Check certification by product and format

NSF’s Certified for Sport directory lists Gnarly PREworkout Strawberry Lemonade, including a 420 g package and specific lots. That listing should not be generalized to every Gnarly product, flavor or stick pack. Match the item and lot you intend to use in the directory, particularly if you compete under anti-doping rules.

Keep performance expectations realistic

Beta-alanine can cause tingling, but the sensation does not measure workout quality. NIH’s exercise-supplement review discusses repeated use when evaluating potential beta-alanine benefits. The same review finds little evidence that BCAA supplements improve performance or recovery when adequate dietary protein is already available.

Natural caffeine does not guarantee freedom from sleep disruption or other unwanted effects. Choose by the full label and your circumstances rather than by claims about how intense a session should feel.

Bottom line: Gnarly’s caffeinated formula is identifiable and has a disclosed ingredient panel. Compare the exact serving, caffeine status, package and certification before making a purchase.

MVPre 2.0: InnovaPharm Legacy Label and Version Guide

White InnovaPharm MVPre 2.0 Rocket Pop tub marked 40 or 20 servings
Legacy InnovaPharm MVPre 2.0 Rocket Pop packaging. Ingredient trademarks can differ between historical 2.0 labels.

MVPre 2.0 is an older InnovaPharm pre-workout, not a generic training strategy. Its generation number matters: the manufacturer’s former 2.0 address now leads to MVPre 3.0. Reviews and retailer pages can retain older names while showing newer products.

What the preserved 2.0 package label says

A historical InnovaPharm package photograph preserved in NutriCartel’s gallery provides columns for a half scoop and one rounded scoop. The full serving is 17.8 g, with 20 full or 40 half servings per container. Selected full-serving amounts are:

  • Citrulline malate, labeled 2:1: 8 g.
  • Beta-alanine: 3.2 g.
  • GlycerSIZE glycerol powder, labeled 65%: 2 g.
  • S7: 50 mg.
  • Choline bitartrate: 1,000 mg; N-acetyl-L-tyrosine: 500 mg.
  • Caffeine anhydrous: 350 mg.

The same panel names Biophytum root extract, an Eria jarensis-associated N-phenethyl dimethylamine ingredient, and huperzine A. Caffeine is therefore not a complete description of the formula’s active ingredients.

Important limits of this label record

This is a retailer-hosted photograph of a historical manufacturer package, not a newly verified current 2.0 listing. It does not establish present stock, every flavor’s formula or the contents of a particular tub. Other preserved 2.0 packaging uses a different glycerol trademark, another reason to keep the photographed version attached to the amounts.

Do not substitute the current 3.0 panel or MVPre 365 information. Those are separate products. An old URL, shared brand or similar-looking white container is not sufficient evidence of an unchanged recipe.

Why serving definitions matter

On this historical panel, half a scoop supplies 175 mg caffeine and half the other listed quantities. Forty half servings do not mean forty full servings. Also, 8 g of citrulline malate is not 8 g of pure L-citrulline, and a 65% glycerol preparation is not pure glycerol.

The 350 mg caffeine amount warrants attention alongside coffee, energy drinks and other supplements. FDA guidance stresses individual variation; being below a general daily reference does not establish the safety of a multi-ingredient serving.

Before buying or comparing

Request the actual front and back label, lot and expiration date. Confirm which generation the seller will ship and calculate cost using the portion represented in the review. Avoid recreating an old formula by stacking unrelated products.

Bottom line: Use MVPre 2.0 information as a clearly labeled historical record. A current purchase needs its own verified package and warnings.
