RYSE Stim-Free Pre-Workout: Loaded Pump and Older Formula Differences

RYSE Loaded Pump Blue Razz Slush caffeine-free pre-workout tub labeled 25 servings
RYSE Loaded Pump, Blue Razz Slush. Manufacturer product image.

For a current RYSE stimulant-free pre-workout, start with Loaded Pump. RYSE describes it as caffeine-free and formulated without beta-alanine. Its identity matters: a search for “RYSE stim free” can also surface older Pump Daddy v2 and Project Blackout PUMP listings with different formulas.

Loaded Pump: the current reference label

The official Blue Razz Slush panel lists one 12.9 g scoop and 25 servings per container. Each serving provides:

  • L-citrulline: 4.5 g
  • Betaine anhydrous: 2.5 g
  • Taurine: 1 g
  • PeptiPump lentil protein hydrolysate: 200 mg
  • AstraGin: 50 mg
  • Sodium: 140 mg

Use the container’s serving count when calculating value. The page’s displayed cost-per-serving figure did not reconcile with its 25-serving panel during this review, so the panel is the clearer reference. Recheck the selected flavor before purchasing.

Do not merge different RYSE products

RYSE’s Pump Daddy v2 listing describes 9 g L-citrulline, while Project Blackout PUMP describes a nitrate-focused formula. Those details should not be copied onto Loaded Pump. An older review may accurately describe its own tub and still be the wrong buying guide for today’s product.

What the ingredient list can tell you

The absence of beta-alanine can help shoppers who specifically want to avoid that ingredient. It does not establish that a product is universally free of uncomfortable effects. A stimulant-free label also does not remove the need to check medications, allergies and overlapping supplements.

PeptiPump’s trademark and the brand’s performance language identify the ingredient and its marketing position. They do not prove that every user will gain strength or experience a larger pump. The NIH supplement overview emphasizes the limitations of applying individual-ingredient research to multi-ingredient products.

A practical comparison

Compare labeled amounts, serving count and the ingredients you actually want. A caffeine-free product may fit someone avoiding added caffeine, but adding a caffeinated pre-workout changes that decision. Review the entire combination rather than assuming “stackable” means appropriate for you.

This guide is based on manufacturer material, not a taste test or training trial. If fully disclosed doses and avoiding beta-alanine are your priorities, Loaded Pump’s panel lets you assess those features directly without borrowing claims from a different RYSE formula.

Pre-Workout for CrossFit: Labels, Caffeine and Competition Checks

Bucked Up pre-workout Miami flavor tub strawberry mango pineapple
Original Bucked Up shown only as a label-reading example. This photograph is not a CrossFit endorsement or verification of sport certification.

There is no single best pre-workout for every CrossFit session. A lifting-focused day, a long conditioning workout and an evening class create different practical needs. Start with food, fluids, recovery and the training plan before deciding that a supplement fills a gap.

Match ingredients to a specific purpose

Caffeine may affect alertness and some performance outcomes, but a stronger stimulant sensation is not a measure of better technique or pacing. Read total caffeine per serving and include coffee, energy drinks and other supplements.

Creatine and beta-alanine are different considerations from an immediate energy effect. NIH’s exercise-supplement review discusses repeated-use research and activity-specific limitations. Do not increase servings of a multi-ingredient powder merely to reach a target for one ingredient, because all other ingredients increase too.

Training comfort matters

A formula that causes stomach upset, shakiness or poor sleep may be a poor practical choice regardless of its advertising. Read the actual directions and warnings, and avoid first trying an unfamiliar mixture on an important competition day. Medical conditions, medicines or recurring symptoms warrant advice from a qualified clinician.

Competition adds another check

Section16 of the 2026 CrossFit drug-testing policy warns that supplement labels may be inaccurate and that athletes remain responsible for what they ingest. It identifies independent testing organizations as resources without endorsing them. Marketing terms such as natural or healthy do not establish compliance.

If competing, check the current event rules and verify the exact product in the certification program’s own records. NSF describes its sport program as reducing banned-substance risk; a logo on a retailer image is not a substitute for checking the specific listed product. This article does not certify any pictured supplement or guarantee a negative test.

A useful buying checklist

  • Know the caffeine amount and whether the timing fits your sleep.
  • Require a readable current panel rather than a dramatic energy claim.
  • Separate training evidence from testimonials.
  • For competition, verify current rules and product-specific testing records before use.

Bucked Up Blue Raz: Match the Flavor to the Product Label

Original Bucked Up Blue Raz black pre-workout tub with blue deer logo and blue raspberry artwork
Original Bucked Up Blue Raz 30-serving powder. Other Blue Raz product lines can have different formulas.

Blue Raz is Bucked Up’s blue-raspberry flavor name. The useful buying question is which product carries it: Original Bucked Up powder, WOKE AF or a drink can are not interchangeable formulas.

Original versus WOKE AF

The manufacturer’s Original Bucked Up page lists 200 mg caffeine per serving; the WOKE AF page lists 333 mg and additional stimulants. Both pages offer Blue Raz. A blue deer logo or the same flavor name therefore cannot establish the caffeine amount.

The picture here is the Original 30-serving powder. Confirm that exact product name and serving count on the seller’s listing, especially when comparing retailer sizes or a formula sold in another country.

What the flavor name does not prove

Blue-raspberry describes a flavor profile, not a quantity of fruit, a performance advantage or a personal taste rating. A refreshing taste is not evidence that repeated servings are appropriate. Changing the water volume changes the drink’s concentration without changing the caffeine in the powder you added.

Use the complete label for comparisons

  • Find caffeine per full serving and count other daily caffeine sources.
  • Compare citrulline forms accurately: citrulline malate is not the same quantity of pure L-citrulline.
  • Check sweeteners, colors and flavor-specific ingredients on the current package.
  • Do not apply a powder’s ingredient list to an energy drink or hydration product.

FDA notes that sensitivity to caffeine varies considerably. A higher-stimulant version is not automatically a better fit for harder training, and a lower number is not a guarantee against sleep disruption or other effects.

Before ordering

Compare cost per actual labeled serving and verify the formula pictured at checkout. The sample-kit link below is a separate campaign with its own contents and eligibility. NO Xplode 60 Servings: Package Size, Caffeine and Label Checks

BSN NO-XPLODE Blue Raz red and black pre-workout tub labeled 60 servings and 1.11 kilograms
BSN N.O.-XPLODE Blue Raz in the manufacturer’s 60-serving, 1.11 kg packaging. The front states 275 mg caffeine; this photograph does not verify a complete current back label or stock.

What “NO Xplode 60 servings” identifies

BSN’s standard N.O.-XPLODE has been pictured in a 60-serving Blue Raz tub weighing 1.11 kg, or 2.45 lb. The manufacturer’s current U.S. product gallery still includes that exact packaging. Its front states 275 mg caffeine. That verifies a package identity, not today’s stock or the complete ingredients in a seller’s tub.

The U.S. page also contains 16- and 30-serving imagery and separate listings for N.O.-XPLODE VASO and Cool Rush. Do not combine those versions into one universal formula. A serving count describes the package; it does not mean a larger tub supplies a stronger serving.

Why the back label matters

At our October 12, 2026 check, the default product page displayed a Blue Raspberry 16-serving option and linked a 16-serving facts panel. That panel gives an 18.5 g scoop. It does not independently verify every ingredient in the 60-serving package pictured here, especially an older or regional version.

For context, that smaller-package panel lists a 5.1 g Myogenic Matrix containing creatine and other ingredients, plus a 1 g N.O. Alpha Fusion blend containing citrulline malate and botanicals. Neither blend total reveals the individual creatine or citrulline dose. Those totals should never be presented as amounts of the individual ingredients.

How to check value before buying

Request clear front and back photographs of the actual 60-serving tub. Match the flavor, country of sale, scoop weight, warnings, seal and expiration date. Divide the final delivered price by the labeled servings to compare value; include shipping and distinguish a one-time price from a subscription offer.

A larger package is useful only if its formula suits your needs and you can use it within its stated storage and date limits. Do not increase the serving just to copy the ingredient amounts of another product.

Caffeine and directions still count

The pictured 275 mg caffeine amount is substantial before coffee or energy drinks. Follow the actual tub’s warnings and avoid combining stimulant products. BSN’s standard-product directions specify stirring rather than shaking; check that instruction on your package too.

This is a label-based buying guide. It does not establish better strength, recovery, taste or training results than Bucked Up or another brand. The useful comparison is the verified formula and cost of the exact package you will receive.

Transparent Labs Stim-Free Pre-Workout: Current Ingredients and Label Guide

Transparent Labs Stim-Free Strawberry Lemonade caffeine-free pre-workout tub with 30 servings
Transparent Labs Stim-Free, Strawberry Lemonade. Manufacturer product image.

Transparent Labs Stim-Free is a specific caffeine-free pre-workout in the brand’s PRE series. The current Strawberry Lemonade panel provides a useful reference for comparing it with other non-stimulant powders. This is a label-based guide; it does not include hands-on taste, mixability or workout testing.

What the current label contains

The manufacturer’s Strawberry Lemonade panel lists one 20.8 g scoop and 30 servings per container. Selected amounts per serving are:

  • Citrulline malate 2:1: 8,000 mg
  • Beta-alanine: 4,000 mg
  • Betaine anhydrous: 2,500 mg
  • Taurine: 1,300 mg; L-tyrosine: 1,000 mg
  • elevATP: 150 mg; Senactiv: 50 mg
  • BioPerine: 5 mg; huperzine A: 100 mcg

The panel also lists 150 mg sodium and 100 mg potassium. The official product page identifies the formula as stimulant-free. Check your chosen flavor and container, since packaging and serving weights can change.

Caffeine-free still calls for a full-label review

Eight grams of citrulline malate is the weight of the combined ingredient, so it should not be compared one-for-one with eight grams of pure L-citrulline. Likewise, the absence of caffeine does not make every other ingredient irrelevant to medications, personal tolerances or existing supplements.

Beta-alanine can cause tingling. Its proposed training benefits are studied with repeated use over weeks; feeling a sensation after one serving is not evidence that the finished product improved a workout. The NIH evidence overview describes mixed results across exercise settings. Ingredient research also does not establish that this exact multi-ingredient formula will deliver a particular result.

How to decide whether it fits

Start with your reason for considering it: reducing added caffeine, choosing disclosed ingredient amounts, or avoiding a late-day caffeinated drink. Then compare the actual serving rather than the size of the tub or a front-label claim.

  • Calculate cost using 30 labeled servings for this version.
  • Check for overlapping beta-alanine, betaine and other ingredients in your routine.
  • Review the complete warnings and ask a qualified clinician about medications or health conditions.

Removing a caffeine serving may be useful for a particular routine, but it cannot promise uninterrupted sleep, better recovery or a stronger session. Nutrition, training and adequate rest remain the foundation.

Cellucor C4 Ultimate Pre Workout: Fifth-Generation Label Explained

Cellucor C4 Ultimate Frozen Bombsicle fifth-generation pre-workout tub with 20 servings
Cellucor C4 Ultimate Frozen Bombsicle powder in fifth-generation, 20-serving packaging; the reviewed panel specifies an approximately 20 g scoop.

Start with the exact C4 Ultimate version

Cellucor C4 Ultimate is a named product family, not a generic description for any strong pre-workout. This guide covers the manufacturer’s U.S. fifth-generation Frozen Bombsicle powder panel: 20 servings, with one approximately 20 g scoop per serving. Older powders and Ultimate energy drinks need separate labels.

Caffeine is only part of the stimulant panel

The reviewed panel lists 300 mg caffeine anhydrous, 50 mg Dynamine as methylliberine, and 10 mg TeaCrine as theacrine. These are separate ingredients; adding their weights together and calling the result “360 mg caffeine” would be incorrect.

The same panel also includes 1 g L-tyrosine, 5 mg Huperzia serrata extract standardized to 1% huperzine A, and 1 mg Rauwolfia vomitoria root-bark extract. A three-ingredient energy headline is not the complete formula.

Read ingredient forms accurately

  • CarnoSyn beta-alanine: 3.2 g.
  • Velox: 3 g L-citrulline plus 3 g L-arginine, not 6 g citrulline.
  • Betaine anhydrous: 1.25 g.
  • PeptiPump bioactive lentil peptides: 200 mg.
  • Creatine nitrate: 1.5 g of that compound, not an equivalent declaration of creatine monohydrate.

These are label quantities, not evidence that the complete formula guarantees a particular pump, recovery rate or strength gain. Cellucor itself notes that beta-alanine benefits correlate with cumulative use. Feeling tingles during one session does not measure training progress.

Why other C4 Ultimate reviews can disagree

Older Cellucor Ultimate material describes different ingredient combinations, including a previous dual-source caffeine and dual-creatine approach. A shared brand name or 300 mg caffeine declaration is insufficient to identify the same formula. Match the generation, serving weight, flavor, country and full panel before comparing costs or quantities.

The product photo here matches the fifth-generation Frozen Bombsicle packaging reviewed. It should not be used to imply that an older retailer listing or a canned Ultimate product has this composition.

Comparison and safety checks

The current manufacturer warning limits use to healthy adults aged at least 18 and warns against combining the product with caffeine or stimulants from other sources. It includes medication and health-condition restrictions that deserve the same attention as the ingredient table.

Compare a single chosen formula against another rather than stacking two stimulant pre-workouts. Read the directions on the container being used, and ask a qualified clinician about relevant conditions or medicines. This is a label-based guide, not a personal flavor test or a claim that C4 Ultimate outperforms competing products.

Ambrosia Mushroom Pre Workout: Kinetic Ingredients and Label Checks

Ambrosia Collective Kinetic Tropical Lime mushroom-enhanced pre-workout black and gold tub with 24 servings
Ambrosia Kinetic Tropical Lime, pictured in the manufacturer’s 24-serving packaging. Confirm the exact bottle’s Supplement Facts before comparing formulas.

Ambrosia’s mushroom pre-workout is Kinetic

Kinetic is the named pre-workout sold by Ambrosia Collective. Its mushroom branding should not be mistaken for a stimulant-free formula. The manufacturer’s current online Supplement Facts table declares 250 mg total caffeine per scoop.

What the published table says

The web table, checked October 12, 2026, specifies an 8.2 g scoop. It lists 500 mg each of lion’s mane, reishi and Cordyceps militaris, plus 2 g goBHB, 800 mg eleuthero and 500 mg L-carnitine L-tartrate. The caffeine sources contribute 125 mg, 75 mg and 50 mg respectively. Those figures already total 250 mg; do not add another 250 mg for the energy-blend heading.

Alpha-GPC, NeuroFactor coffee-fruit extract and Huperzia serrata extract also appear. This is a multi-ingredient supplement, so its effects cannot be attributed to mushrooms alone.

Current and older descriptions do not fully agree

Ambrosia’s older Kinetic article names Bacognize bacopa. The current product’s descriptive prose still mentions it, yet the current web Supplement Facts table does not list bacopa. That discrepancy is unresolved. Do not silently merge the sources or assume the table describes every older tub.

Before purchasing, request the actual Supplement Facts panel for the flavor and batch being sold. Match serving weight, serving count and all active ingredients. The pictured Tropical Lime tub is a genuine manufacturer product image with 24 servings; a front photograph alone cannot settle a back-label discrepancy.

What mushroom research can and cannot establish

A small human exercise study used 4 g daily of a different mushroom blend containing C. militaris. Its one-week main comparisons were not significant, while a ten-person exploratory extension produced a positive finding. It did not test Kinetic. Different mushrooms, preparations, doses and other ingredients prevent a direct performance guarantee.

Terms such as “adaptogen” or “nootropic” do not establish faster recovery, increased oxygen delivery, better strength or freedom from side effects. Product testimonials are also not controlled comparisons.

Caffeine still needs a separate decision

The FDA notes substantial individual variation in caffeine sensitivity and elimination. Its general 400 mg daily reference for most adults is not a target or a guarantee of safety. Avoid treating mushroom ingredients as protection against stimulant effects; consider all caffeine sources, sleep timing and the actual product warnings. Seek qualified medical advice for relevant conditions, medicines, pregnancy or breastfeeding.

RTD Pre-Workout: Compare Ready-to-Drink Cans With Powder

Twelve Bucked Up Energy Drink cans arranged in three rows of four assorted flavors
Bucked Up Energy variety-pack cans, shown as an RTD example rather than a liquid equivalent of every Bucked Up powder.

RTD means ready to drink: the product is already mixed in a can or bottle. Convenience is the main format difference. A shared brand or flavor does not mean an energy drink contains the same ingredients or quantities as the brand’s powdered pre-workout.

Compare the whole container

The current Bucked Up Energy variety-pack page lists 300 mg caffeine per can. Babe Energy is a different product: its manufacturer page identifies a 12 oz can with 150 mg caffeine. Neither amount should be transferred to a tub, shot or another can simply because the branding looks similar.

Check whether the nutrition or supplement panel describes one serving or the entire container. Compare total caffeine, other stimulants, calories, sugar and any ingredient quantities relevant to your goal. An energy drink is not automatically an electrolyte replacement or a complete pre-workout formula.

Do you need another product alongside it?

Adding powder to an RTD can duplicate caffeine and other ingredients. There is no general need to stack both. Count coffee and other drinks too, and do not assume different caffeine sources avoid that overlap.

FDA cites 400 mg per day as an amount not generally associated with negative effects for most adults. That is not a personal safe limit or a recommendation to reach it. A single 300 mg can can be a substantial exposure, especially for someone sensitive to caffeine.

Practical buying checks

  • Compare price per can with price per labeled powder serving, including shipping where relevant.
  • Read storage and after-opening instructions on the actual container.
  • Match the photographed can to its exact product name and label rather than a similarly named powder.
  • Consider whether a caffeinated drink fits the timing of your session and sleep.

The existing powder and sampler links below refer to separate products and campaigns. They are not evidence that those powders match the RTD formula, and a promotion should be checked independently at checkout.

Pre-Workout Powder for Women: Compare Labels, Not Gender Claims

Babe Pre-Workout Peach Mango tub from current manufacturer listing
Babe Pre-Workout in Peach Mango, shown as a product example rather than proof of benefits specific to women.

A pre-workout powder is not automatically a better fit because it is marketed to women. Start with the training goal, caffeine tolerance, ingredient quantities and medical considerations. Packaging and gendered branding cannot establish effectiveness.

Use the actual Supplement Facts panel

Check serving weight, caffeine and additional stimulants before comparing a powder with coffee or another supplement. The Babe Fruit Punch label reviewed for this product family lists 150 mg caffeine per serving. Some page copy has described benefits without caffeine; the caffeinated label should not be ignored because of that wording.

The image here shows Peach Mango, a different flavor. Confirm the package you intend to buy instead of assuming its flavor-specific ingredients and serving weight match the Fruit Punch panel.

Separate the claims you are paying for

  • Energy claims should be considered alongside the actual caffeine dose and other daily sources.
  • Amino acids or vitamins on a label do not prove superior fat loss or a special benefit for women.
  • Protein powder, collagen and pre-workout are different product categories; one does not automatically replace another.
  • Check ingredient and allergen information for the exact flavor rather than relying on a general product-family description.

Consider the session and the total cost

Compare cost per labeled serving and whether the formula supplies something useful for your training. A product is not necessary simply because it is advertised for a particular audience. Adequate food, fluids, sleep and an appropriate training plan remain practical priorities.

FDA’s general caffeine guidance for most adults does not apply as a personal guarantee. Pregnancy, nursing, medicines and medical conditions warrant individual advice before using stimulant-containing supplements. There is no need to choose a high-stimulant product to make a workout count.

The links below preserve the existing product references and offers. Treat their checkout terms and current labels as separate checks, not a promise that a discount or particular result applies to everyone.

Myprotein THE Pump: UK Formula, Regional Labels and Caffeine Checks

Black and blue Myprotein THE Pump tub in Blue Bubblegum flavor
Myprotein THE Pump Blue Bubblegum UK packaging. The pictured flavor is not the Lemonade selection used for the quantitative UK-page comparison.

If you mean Myprotein THE Pump, use the exact regional product page and package panel. The name also resembles a generic description of pump-focused supplements, but it should not be used to combine different manufacturers or generations into one formula.

The UK page has two serving columns

The reviewed UK Lemonade page gives a 19 g standard serving and a 38 g maximum serving. Its active-ingredient table lists citrulline at 4 g and 8 g respectively. Do not quote the larger quantity as though it belongs to the smaller serving.

There is a wording discrepancy: marketing copy calls the ingredient citrulline malate, while the ingredient list and table identify L-citrulline. Those are not interchangeable descriptions. Confirm the package panel with Myprotein before relying on the precise form. The page says no added caffeine, which is narrower than a verified zero-caffeine claim.

An older regional panel is different

The French page presents a 16 g serving with 6 g L-citrulline and 3.2 g beta-alanine, plus a warning that a serving contains 7.5 mg naturally occurring caffeine. That is evidence of a different regional or historical formula, not proof that the current UK tub has those same amounts.

The genuine UK Blue Bubblegum product image shown here identifies the product family. It does not resolve the Lemonade page’s inconsistent ingredient wording or establish that every flavor has an identical panel.

How to compare a pump supplement

Match country, flavor, serving weight and label revision before comparing grams or cost per serving. A transient pump is not itself a measurement of long-term muscle growth. NIH’s exercise-supplement review also distinguishes evidence for ingredients from evidence for a complete mixture.

Check the seller’s current availability and full warning label. Do not treat no added caffeine as a guarantee that the formula is suitable for everyone or that combining it with a caffeinated product has been assessed for your circumstances.
