Alpha Supps Stim Junky Blueberry Lemonade, 450 g and 30 servings, shown in the manufacturer’s current artwork. Product identification is not a safety endorsement.

Stim Junky is a named Alpha Supps pre-workout in its Grind Series. Treating the name only as gym slang misses the actual product. This review uses the manufacturer listing and Supplement Facts graphic checked on October 13, 2026. It does not establish that older packaging, another brand’s similarly named product or every future batch has the same formula.

What the manufacturer discloses

The posted facts graphic identifies a 15 g serving and 30 servings per container. It lists:

  • L-citrulline: 6,000 mg; beta-alanine: 3,200 mg
  • Taurine and agmatine sulfate: 1,000 mg each
  • DMAE: 500 mg; caffeine anhydrous: 400 mg
  • NeuroPEA, identified as eria jarensis extract: 275 mg
  • Theobromine: 200 mg; BioPerine black-pepper extract: 10 mg
  • Alpha-yohimbine HCl: 2 mg; an entry labeled Huperzine A Powder: 50 micrograms

The accompanying Blueberry Lemonade packshot shows a 450 g tub. The last panel entry also references Huperzia serrata powder; its wording is preserved here rather than silently converting it into a separately verified active-compound yield. These are label declarations, not laboratory measurements.

Why the caffeine number is not a safety verdict

FDA’s caffeine guidance describes 400 mg per day as an amount not generally associated with negative effects for most adults. That is not a recommended single serving, a target, or approval of a multi-ingredient supplement. Sensitivity, medications and other caffeine sources matter. Theobromine and alpha-yohimbine should not be relabeled as additional caffeine milligrams or ignored because caffeine is the most familiar ingredient.

A smaller portion cannot establish that the entire combination is appropriate for someone. Tolerance to coffee also does not validate an unfamiliar stimulant mixture. Avoid interpreting a “high-stim” label as a qualification that an experienced lifter can automatically satisfy.

Separate marketing from evidence

The brand page advertises strong focus, pumps and third-party testing. No named laboratory report or batch-specific certificate was verified for this review. A testing claim alone does not establish what substances were tested, the methods used, or suitability for a drug-tested sport.

NIH notes that multi-ingredient performance products may not have been adequately studied as combinations. An ingredient list therefore cannot prove this finished product produces better training results, avoids a crash or improves fat loss. Match the physical container’s full panel and warnings before drawing conclusions, and discuss medication or health concerns with a qualified healthcare professional.
