Superhuman Pump is an Alpha Lion formula
Superhuman Pump is Alpha Lion’s named caffeine-free pre-workout, rather than a generic promise of a bigger pump. It is separate from Superhuman Original, Extreme, Burn and other products carrying the same family branding.
The reviewed manufacturer image shows the red Blue Steel tub, labeled as a non-stim performance pre-workout with 21 servings. This article uses that version’s one-scoop panel. A similar product name or an older review is not enough to establish matching quantities.
What the current panel discloses
The serving size is one 20.3 g scoop. The panel lists 8 g L-citrulline, 3.2 g beta-alanine, 1.5 g agmatine sulfate and 1 g taurine. It also includes electrolytes, lion’s mane extract, VitaCholine choline bitartrate, AstraGin, huperzia extract and vincamine. The front label and manufacturer page specify zero caffeine.
One useful detail is the distinction between an ingredient compound and the nutrient it supplies. The panel lists 500 mg VitaCholine choline bitartrate while separately declaring 200 mg choline. Those figures are not competing descriptions of an identical amount; copying the larger figure as “500 mg choline” would lose an important label distinction.
Compare the right versions and units
Preserve the listed chemical forms when making a comparison. L-citrulline is not the same label entry as citrulline malate, and agmatine sulfate should retain its full name. Keep milligrams and micrograms distinct, particularly when reading concentrated botanical extracts.
A photograph is helpful for identifying the product, but it cannot establish that every tub on every retailer’s shelf has this panel. Check the serving weight, count and back label on the item you are considering. The Blue Steel flavor designation means Blueberry Mojito; it is not a different stimulant category.
What caffeine-free does and does not answer
Zero caffeine answers one purchasing question. It does not mean the product contains no other active ingredients, and it does not establish that combining it with another powder is appropriate. Compare the complete ingredient lists and follow the container’s warnings before considering a stack.
