What is SuperPump Aggression?
SuperPump Aggression is a Gaspari Nutrition pre-workout. The name identifies a supplement rather than a training style or a generic combination of pump ingredients. It is separate from SuperPump MAX, and its label needs to be checked on its own terms.
The most important issue in this label-based review is that Gaspari publishes more than one Aggression facts panel. We can describe those documents accurately without pretending that they establish the contents of every tub currently offered for sale.
What the displayed U.S. panel says
The U.S. listing whose URL ends in “20-40-serving” displays a facts panel specifying one 18 g scoop and 25 servings. It lists:
- L-citrulline: 4,000 mg
- Beta-alanine: 3,200 mg
- Betaine anhydrous: 3,000 mg
- L-tyrosine: 1,500 mg
- N-palmitoylethanolamide: 500 mg
- Caffeine anhydrous: 400 mg
- Theobromine: 200 mg
- Choline bitartrate and DMAE bitartrate: 100 mg each
- BioPerine black pepper extract: 5 mg
- Rauwolfia vomitoria extract, standardized to at least 90% rauwolscine: 3 mg
- Huperzia serrata extract, standardized to at least 1% huperzine A: 2 mg
The panel separately declares 40 mg choline. Creatine, glycerol and Nitrosigine are not listed on this particular panel. They should not be added to an ingredient summary simply because other pump products contain them.
Three details that require verification
- Serving count: the URL refers to 20/40 servings, but the displayed facts state 25. The Blood Orange front photo is marked 360 g; 25 portions of 18 g would require 450 g.
- Formula: another official listing retains a Fruit Punch Fury panel with 2,000 mg betaine, 1,500 mg agmatine sulfate and 300 mg N-palmitoylethanolamide. The panel above instead shows 3,000 mg betaine, no agmatine entry and 500 mg N-palmitoylethanolamide.
- Extract quantities: 3 mg of a 90%-standardized Rauwolfia extract should not be reported as 3 mg pure rauwolscine. Similarly, 2 mg of a 1%-standardized Huperzia extract is not 2 mg huperzine A.
The two cited U.S. panels both state 400 mg caffeine. Their other differences remain meaningful. The documents do not establish which formulation a particular seller will ship or when each version was introduced.
Why caffeine is only part of the stimulant assessment
A stated serving supplies as much caffeine as the FDA’s general daily reference for most adults. That figure does not clear this multi-ingredient supplement as safe, especially alongside coffee, energy drinks or other stimulant products.
Operation Supplement Safety identifies rauwolscine, also called alpha-yohimbine, as a stimulant related to but different from yohimbine. It reports a lack of clinical safety and efficacy studies and warns about the cumulative effects of stimulant combinations. Theobromine is another listed component to account for when reviewing the entire formula.
Manufacturer promises of smooth energy or beginner suitability do not resolve those concerns. Have a clinician review the exact label if you take medicines or have a health condition, and avoid adding another stimulant pre-workout to this formula.
What to check before buying or using it
Ask for clear photographs of the container’s front, Supplement Facts, directions and warnings. Match the serving weight, caffeine, other stimulants, lot and market to the listing. If these disagree, obtain clarification rather than adopting a stronger scoop recommendation from a different version.
For context, MAX New Formula publishes 200 mg caffeine and includes creatine monohydrate. That is a composition comparison, not a claim that one product is universally better. Aggression should be evaluated as the specific high-stimulant formula shown on your verified label, without invented testing results or guaranteed workout effects.
