The Curse Pre-Workout: JNX Sports Ingredients and Caffeine Guide

JNX Sports The Curse Pre-Workout Blue Raspberry 50-serving black tub with blue skull artwork
JNX Sports The Curse! Pre-Workout, Blue Raspberry. The shown flavor lists 155 mg caffeine per 5.05 g scoop.

The Curse! is a specific pre-workout made by JNX Sports. It is not shorthand for an unspecified high-stimulant category. The manufacturer also sells other products under The Curse name, so confirm that the package says Pre-Workout before using this formula guide.

What the reviewed label actually reveals

The current Blue Raspberry 50-serving package shows one 5.05 g scoop. A separate generic facts graphic on the website rounds the serving to 5 g. Both show these amounts:

  • Energizing Muscle Fuel Blend, 3,000 mg: beta-alanine, creatine monohydrate and citric acid.
  • Amplifier Blend, 900 mg: L-citrulline and L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate.
  • Mind Control Matrix, 157 mg: explicitly including 155 mg caffeine anhydrous, plus olive leaf extract.

The first two blends do not disclose the individual ingredient doses. You cannot call the whole 3,000 mg creatine, or treat the entire 900 mg as citrulline. Neither tingles nor the presence of an ingredient establishes that a study-tested amount is supplied.

Multiple scoops change the comparison

Simple label arithmetic gives 155 mg caffeine in one scoop, 310 mg in two and 465 mg in three. Three scoops exceed the FDA’s general 400 mg daily reference for most adults before any other caffeine. That reference is not an individual safety threshold, and lower amounts can still cause unwanted effects.

The package permits no more than three scoops per 24 hours, but a manufacturer’s maximum is not a target. Its warning panel excludes people under 18, pregnancy or lactation, medication use and pre-existing medical conditions, and says not to combine it with caffeine, alcohol or other stimulants.

What matters when buying

Compare cost using the portion you actually intend to take. A 50-serving tub refers to single scoops, not 50 three-scoop workouts. Check the flavor-specific serving weight and complete warning panel on the container you receive.

NIH’s exercise-supplement review distinguishes research on individual ingredients from evidence for finished mixtures. This label review cannot establish the undisclosed creatine dose, guarantee pumps or predict a crash-free response. It gives you the disclosed amounts and the limits of what can be inferred.
