WARCRY PRE is a named Genius Nutrition supplement. This guide focuses on the European 400 g PRE listing and its Tropical Twist 4.0 nutrition table. The name alone cannot identify a formula: PRE, Energy, Pump and ready-to-drink products need separate labels. A “Warcry-style” description tells you nothing dependable about a tub’s contents.
The PRE 4.0 serving and ingredient amounts
The manufacturer’s Tropical Twist 4.0 table specifies a 12.9 g scoop and 31 servings. Its one-scoop column lists:
- 160 mg caffeine anhydrous
- 4 g L-citrulline DL-malate
- 1.8 g CarnoGen beta-alanine
- 1.5 g arginine alpha-ketoglutarate
- 750 mg taurine and 700 mg L-tyrosine
- 400 mg phenylalanine and 250 mg OxyStorm red-spinach extract
- 150 mg each of acetyl-L-carnitine, CocoMineral and citicoline
- 100 mg L-theanine and 25 mg AstraGin
The second column doubles these quantities. Two scoops therefore correspond to 25.8 g powder and 320 mg caffeine, while the nominal container holds approximately 15.5 such portions. That arithmetic is not a recommendation: the page’s current product-details section specifies one scoop as the recommended daily portion.
Conflicting material on the same product page
The page also retains 150/300 mg caffeine copy and references to GlycoPump, norvaline and herbal ingredients that are absent from its 4.0 ingredient table. The UK listing separately describes 40 servings and a 300 mg recommended dose. These are unresolved version inconsistencies, not interchangeable descriptions.
Use the 4.0 table as the identified source for the numbers above, but ask the manufacturer to confirm the actual flavor and lot before relying on them for use. The product photograph identifies a Tropical Twist 400 g, 31-serving tub; a front photograph cannot independently verify its complete formula.
Ingredient forms change the comparison
Four grams of citrulline malate is a combined ingredient weight, not four grams of pure L-citrulline. The 4.0 table does not supply a ratio, so the older marketing’s 2:1 statement should not be used to calculate a verified pure-citrulline dose. Similarly, red-spinach extract weight is not a nitrate measurement, and coconut extract weight does not disclose individual electrolyte amounts.
For a meaningful comparison, record the version, flavor, portion weight and each disclosed ingredient form together. A two-scoop column can make a product look more concentrated while halving the number of portions. Comparing one product’s largest column with another’s smallest obscures that trade-off.
What the evidence does not establish
NIH’s exercise-supplement review distinguishes ingredient research from evidence about multi-ingredient combinations. A list of branded ingredients does not establish a tested outcome for this finished formula. This review offers no personal taste report, performance ranking or assurance that theanine prevents caffeine-related adverse effects. The immediate unresolved issue is obtaining one consistent, version-matched label.
