LIT AF pre workout is a real Beyond Raw product, not simply gym slang. GNC announced LIT AF V2 on May 28, 2026. This guide uses the current U.S. Patriot Pop limited-edition listing, item 759073, and its matching label. Plain LIT V2 is a different formula despite the similar name.
The exact V2 serving
The Patriot Pop package label gives approximately one 21.6 g scoop and 20 servings per container. Its principal listed ingredients are:
- 7 g VELOX blend: 3.5 g L-citrulline and 3.5 g L-arginine
- 3.2 g beta-alanine and 3 g creatine monohydrate
- 2 g HydroNOx citrulline hydrochloride
- 300 mg caffeine blend: 250 mg caffeine anhydrous plus 50 mg targeted-release ZümXR caffeine
- 250 mg Cognizin citicoline
- 50 mg Senactiv and 50 mg AstraGin
- 200 mg sodium and 100 mg potassium
The 300 mg caffeine figure already includes both release components. Adding 300, 250 and 50 would double-count the same caffeine. Similarly, VELOX is not 7 g pure citrulline. Its two amino acids are separately disclosed, and the additional 2 g citrulline hydrochloride is a salt-form amount, not automatically 2 g free L-citrulline.
How the older LIT AF label differs
GNC still has an older Sweet and Tart listing with a 23.1 g scoop. That panel includes 8 g citrulline malate, 2 g creatine, betaine, Nitrosigine, taurine, Peak ATP and Alpha-GPC. Those details must not be imported into V2 merely because both containers say LIT AF.
The version change also means an old review’s scoop weight or ingredient comparison may be accurate for its own tub while being unsuitable for a new purchase. Look for “V2,” the specific flavor and the product code together. The Patriot Pop photo here matches the V2 panel being discussed.
Use the ingredient forms, not the headlines
A fair comparison keeps free amino acids, salts and blends distinct. Record the exact label wording before comparing amounts with another product. Changes in ingredient branding or the number of components do not by themselves demonstrate better workout results.
The FDA notes substantial variation in caffeine sensitivity. Extended-release caffeine still contributes to total exposure; include other drinks and supplements when reviewing intake. Follow the package warnings, including avoiding use near bedtime.
This is a label-based guide, not a taste test or a finished-product clinical trial. If a seller shows older packaging beside V2 text, request the matching back label before treating its ingredient claims as verified.
