EVL ENGN Shred: Formula, Caffeine Disclosure and Safety

EVLution Nutrition ENGN Shred Cherry Limeade pre-workout tub
ENGN Shred in Cherry Limeade, shown in EVLution Nutrition’s official product image.

What is EVL ENGN Shred?

ENGN Shred is EVLution Nutrition’s creatine-free pre-workout marketed for energy and weight-management support. Its name and advertising do not establish how much body fat someone will lose. The useful starting point is the exact label, rather than treating “thermogenic” as a proven outcome.

What the current label actually lists

The manufacturer’s Cherry Limeade panel uses a 7.9 g scoop and lists 30 servings. Selected amounts per scoop are:

  • Beta-alanine: 1,600 mg.
  • Betaine anhydrous: 750 mg; L-tyrosine: 500 mg; agmatine sulfate: 200 mg, within the itemized Mind-to-Muscle Matrix.
  • Conjugated linoleic acid powder and L-carnitine L-tartrate: 500 mg each.
  • Coleus extract: 100 mg; yohimbe bark extract: 40 mg; Capsimax red pepper extract: 25 mg.

The panel also lists B vitamins and choline. Its 200 mg choline declaration comes from choline bitartrate; that is not an additional 200 mg dose to add to the matrix’s choline-bitartrate weight.

Is there 260 mg of caffeine?

The label declares a 260 mg ENGN Energizers blend containing natural caffeine from coffee bean and green tea extract. That number is the combined blend weight. It does not separately disclose total caffeine, so calling this a verified 260 mg caffeine serving would be misleading. Obtain the caffeine amount for your actual version from EVL before comparing stimulant doses or combining products.

Yohimbe changes the safety discussion

Forty milligrams of yohimbe extract is not forty milligrams of isolated yohimbine. Nonetheless, NCCIH reports important safety concerns, including blood-pressure problems and irregular heartbeat, and insufficient evidence for weight-loss or athletic-performance benefits. Medications can also interact with it. A botanical source does not establish safety.

EVL’s directions and warnings exclude several groups, including people under 18, pregnant or nursing users, and those with medical conditions or taking medications. The listed preparation is one scoop in 8 oz water before training. Do not increase the serving to chase a stronger effect.

How to compare it

Compare exact stimulant disclosure, contraindications and ingredients you actually want. ENGN Shred is not interchangeable with regular ENGN or a caffeine-free pump powder. Check your flavor and regional label, and avoid combining it with another stimulant or fat-burner merely because the ingredient names look different.

RAW CBUM Pre-Workout: Thavage Formula and Caffeine Guide

CBUM Thavage Cherry Lime Slush pre-workout from RAW Nutrition, 40 or 20 servings
CBUM Thavage Cherry Lime Slush; use the matching flavor and version's Supplement Facts panel.

RAW CBUM pre-workout usually refers to products associated with Chris Bumstead and RAW Nutrition, particularly Thavage. It is a real product family with named formulas, not shorthand for a generic bodybuilding supplement. Thavage powder, Thuper Thavage, Essential and ready-to-drink products should be compared using their own labels.

Read the selected flavor’s panel

The official Thavage page identifies Chris Bumstead’s formula and lists multiple flavors. Its reviewed Cherry Lime Slush panel gives separate columns for one scoop, 12.63 g, and two scoops, 25.26 g. The container provides 40 one-scoop or 20 two-scoop servings.

  • L-citrulline: 3 g per scoop; 6 g per two scoops.
  • Beta-alanine: 1.6 g; 3.2 g.
  • Betaine anhydrous: 1.25 g; 2.5 g.
  • Nitrosigine: 750 mg; 1,500 mg.
  • Caffeine anhydrous: 130 mg; 260 mg, plus di-caffeine malate providing a stated 23 mg; 45 mg of caffeine.

That makes approximately 153 mg or 305 mg total caffeine using the panel’s rounded contributions. Creatine is not listed on this panel. An athlete association or strength-focused marketing does not mean a formula automatically contains creatine.

Why online caffeine figures differ

The same product page currently includes marketing text mentioning 200 mg caffeine, which does not match the displayed Cherry Lime Slush panel. Check the physical tub and ask RAW for clarification if the listing and package disagree. Do not silently substitute a number from a different flavor, version, country or RAW product.

This matters when comparing cost, too. A price divided by 40 single-scoop servings is not the same comparison as a competitor priced per 20 larger servings. Work out the cost at the amount you actually intend to use, without treating two scoops as a goal.

Evaluate effects without the hype

Caffeine can improve alertness, but sensitivity varies. Beta-alanine’s tingling is not a measurement of performance; research generally examines repeated supplementation. NIH’s sports-supplement overview also cautions that results depend on the ingredient, task and evidence available.

Count coffee, energy drinks and other supplements in your caffeine intake, and avoid adding another stimulant pre-workout. Protect sleep rather than escalating the serving for a harder sensation. Review use with a clinician if you take medication or have a relevant medical condition.

When comparing Thavage with a Bucked Up product, match exact formulas, serving sizes and stimulant totals. Neither a longer ingredient list nor a stronger sensation establishes superior training results. This is a label-based guide, not a firsthand taste or performance review.

VasoDrive-AP: Milk Peptides, Research Limits and Label Checks

Gorilla Mode Nitric stimulant-free pre-workout, Volcano Burst flavor
Gorilla Mode Nitric is one finished pre-workout containing VasoDrive-AP; the photograph does not depict the isolated ingredient.

VasoDrive-AP is a branded ingredient made from hydrolyzed milk casein. It supplies the lactotripeptides IPP and VPP, also associated with the AmealPeptide name. It is not plant-based or a complete pre-workout. Identifying that dairy origin is essential before considering its role in a pump formula.

What the ingredient is intended to do

Supplier Maypro describes VasoDrive-AP as supporting arterial elasticity through pathways involving angiotensin-converting enzyme and endothelial function. That is a proposed physiological role, not proof that every user will gain strength, recover faster or experience a bigger muscle pump.

The amount of branded ingredient on a supplement label is also different from the amount of its isolated active peptides. Do not treat hundreds of milligrams of casein hydrolysate as hundreds of milligrams of IPP and VPP, or compare those figures directly with a study reporting peptide amounts.

What research can tell you

Research on lactotripeptides includes vascular and blood-pressure outcomes in particular populations. Results are not uniform: two controlled crossover studies did not find a significant ambulatory blood-pressure benefit. A vascular measurement or a change in one study population does not establish better lifting performance in healthy gym users.

For a workout claim, look for the actual participants, duration, dose and outcome. An ingredient supplier’s research summary, a study of the isolated ingredient and a trial of a finished multi-ingredient pre-workout answer different questions. None makes this a substitute for prescribed blood-pressure treatment.

A real label example

The reviewed Gorilla Mode Nitric Volcano Burst panel lists 254 mg VasoDrive-AP per scoop and 508 mg per two scoops, alongside other ingredients. Those figures describe that formula; they are not a universal recommendation or evidence that another brand contains VasoDrive-AP. The accompanying product photograph illustrates one finished product containing it.

Milk allergy and sensible precautions

Low lactose does not mean dairy-free. Milk allergy concerns proteins, whereas lactose intolerance concerns digestion of milk sugar. Read the complete allergen statement; avoid assuming a casein-derived supplement is appropriate for a milk allergy. Ask an allergist or other qualified clinician if uncertain.

People with low blood pressure, cardiovascular conditions, or medicines affecting blood pressure should review the whole formula with their clinician before use. Do not combine several pump products simply because each is caffeine-free. Choose by a verified label and a specific training need, rather than promises of vascular health or guaranteed recovery.

Pandamic Pre-Workout: Panda Supps Label and Stimulant Guide

Panda Supplements PANDAMIC Extreme Preworkout Raspberry Lemonade tub with red monster panda, raspberry and lemon artwork
Panda Supplements PANDAMIC Raspberry Lemonade, the flavor used for the standard-formula label discussion. Special editions and ready-to-drink products require separate checks.

PANDAMIC is the actual spelling of a Panda Supps pre-workout. It is not a general workout strategy for chaotic schedules. Searches and retailers sometimes spell it “Pandemic,” so confirm the Panda Supplements branding and exact edition before comparing labels.

What the standard powder contains

The official Raspberry Lemonade label image gives one approximately 18.5 g scoop and 25 servings. Per scoop it lists 9 g L-citrulline malate 2:1, 3.2 g beta-alanine, 2.5 g betaine anhydrous, 750 mg L-tyrosine and 350 mg caffeine anhydrous.

It also lists 400 mg Alpha-GPC 50%, 200 mg theobromine, 100 mg dendrobium extract, 100 mg mucuna extract standardized to 98% L-Dopa, 50 mg AstraGin and 50 mg synephrine HCl. This is a multi-ingredient stimulant-containing formula; the caffeine figure is not a complete description of everything in it.

Two label details prevent misleading comparisons: 9 g citrulline malate is not 9 g pure L-citrulline, and a 400 mg Alpha-GPC 50% ingredient is not 400 mg pure Alpha-GPC. Keep the specified form and concentration attached to each quantity.

Special editions and drinks need their own labels

Panda separately lists special-edition products, including Scorpion Venom and Grape Bubble Gum, as well as a ready-to-drink PANDAMIC. Do not assume their serving sizes or formulas match the standard powder. The main product page also combines customer reviews of several editions, so a review mentioning another flavor or dose is not evidence about your tub.

Do not turn the maximum into a target

The standard page suggests a quarter- to half-scoop tolerance assessment and states a two-scoop daily maximum. At the displayed caffeine amount, two scoops would provide 700 mg caffeine before any other source. That exceeds the FDA’s 400 mg daily reference for most adults. This guide does not recommend taking two scoops.

Synephrine and the other active ingredients add further reasons to seek an individualized review rather than judge suitability from caffeine alone. A small trial portion cannot establish safety or rule out interactions.

Before buying, compare the current back label with the exact flavor and edition in the cart. If you use medication or have a health condition, bring that full label to a pharmacist or clinician. Strong branding and enthusiastic reviews do not demonstrate that a formula is appropriate for you.

Super Freak Pre-Workout: PharmaFreak Versions Explained

PharmaFreak Super Freak Stimulant Free Strawberry Daiquiri powder beside Supersonic Freak capsules and a yellow shaker
PharmaFreak’s manufacturer image of the Super Freak kit: stimulant-free powder, separate Supersonic Freak capsules and a shaker. The image does not confirm current availability.

PharmaFreak is the clearest identifiable brand match for “Super Freak pre-workout,” but the name alone does not establish a formula, release year or region. It should not be treated as a generic description of a very strong stimulant product.

The manufacturer describes a stimulant-free powder

In its pre-workout guidance, PharmaFreak explicitly distinguishes SUPER FREAK stimulant-free powder from SUPERSONIC FREAK stimulant capsules. The manufacturer also describes a custom kit containing both. Its product photograph shows the powder labeled Stimulant FREE in Strawberry Daiquiri flavor.

That distinction is important: a kit containing a stimulant-free powder is not necessarily stimulant-free when the accompanying capsules are used. Check both labels rather than assigning the powder’s description to the entire package. The brand’s RIPPED FREAK pre-workout is another separately named product.

What the available information cannot establish

The manufacturer’s guidance verifies the powder-versus-capsule distinction, but it does not provide a complete quantitative label for the exact container a seller might supply today. Current availability and a current region-specific formula could not be confirmed from a live product listing.

Accordingly, this guide does not assign a caffeine amount, serving weight or ingredient dose to an unidentified Super Freak tub. A manufacturer article or product photograph can help identify a product without establishing that every package currently offered by a retailer has the same formula.

What to verify before comparing or buying

  • Full manufacturer name, product subtitle and country of sale
  • Front and back photographs from the actual stock being sold
  • Serving weight, ingredient amounts and any proprietary blend totals
  • Whether capsules are included, and their separate caffeine and stimulant content
  • Lot number, expiry date and all warnings on both products

If the seller cannot provide a readable matching label, leave the caffeine amount unresolved rather than guessing. Do not use a different product’s scoop directions or transfer a retailer’s review to a package with different labeling. Compare costs only after establishing how many labeled servings that exact package contains.

Stimulant-free also does not mean risk-free or proven effective. Ingredient research cannot automatically validate a finished multi-ingredient formula. People with medical conditions or taking medication should have the exact product reviewed before use.

Black Market BULK Pre-Workout: Brand, Blend and Caffeine

BlackMarket Labs BULK Fruit Punch black tub with red BULK lettering and testosterone pre-workout wording
BlackMarket Labs BULK Fruit Punch. The brand name does not itself establish illicit-market status; check the exact label and seller.

“Black market bulk pre-workout” most plausibly refers to BlackMarket Labs BULK Strength Pre-workout. BlackMarket is the brand name. The phrase alone is not evidence that a tub is counterfeit, illegally traded or contaminated. Those questions require evidence about the specific product and seller.

The current official label

The brand’s displayed BULK Original Blue Razz panel gives an 11 g scoop, 30 servings and 300 mg caffeine anhydrous. A 9,240 mg Testosterone/Strength Matrix contains beta-alanine, creatine monohydrate, D-aspartic acid, betaine anhydrous, agmatine sulfate, caffeine, bitter orange extract and velvet bean extract.

This is a proprietary blend. Apart from the stated caffeine quantity, the panel does not disclose individual amounts within that matrix. Its total weight cannot establish how much creatine or beta-alanine you receive. Do not borrow quantities from another version or infer that every ingredient reaches a studied dose.

BULK is not every product with “bulk” in its name

BlackMarket also lists BULK PUMP and BULK Testosterone PILLS. They are separate products, not interchangeable serving formats for this powder. Older AdreNOlyn descriptions, marketplace listings and products from unrelated companies should likewise be checked against the exact container.

The brand markets strength and testosterone support. That is a product claim, not proof that the complete formula raises testosterone or builds additional muscle in a given person. Assess the evidence separately from the front-label wording.

Stimulant and botanical checks

The caffeine amount is substantial before coffee or other supplements are added. Bitter orange brings an additional reason to review the formula. NCCIH says athletic-performance findings are inconsistent and cardiovascular evidence is inconclusive; reported serious events often involved multi-ingredient products, so causation is uncertain. People taking medicines should discuss bitter orange with their healthcare provider.

Read the actual tub’s directions and warnings, and avoid treating a smaller scoop as proof of safety. For a straightforward comparison, request an up-to-date label, confirm the flavor and lot, and check whether the seller matches the brand’s product information.

Bottom line: identify the genuine branded product first, then evaluate its disclosed caffeine and undisclosed blend quantities. Neither a provocative name nor testosterone-themed packaging is enough to judge safety or performance.

Pre-Workout for Women: Label Checks and Babe Caffeine Conflict

Babe Pre-Workout Peach Mango tub from current manufacturer listing
Babe Pre-Workout Peach Mango product photograph. The text separately identifies the Fruit Punch label and its conflict with caffeine-free webpage copy.

There is no single best female pre-workout for every woman. Training time, caffeine sensitivity, medical considerations and the actual ingredient panel are more useful than packaging color or a gendered product name.

Babe Pre-Workout: check the label, not one sentence

The current Babe product page contains conflicting information. Its prose says “without caffeine,” but the displayed Fruit Punch Supplement Facts lists 150 mg natural caffeine from coffee per 12.4 g scoop. That panel also lists 6 g citrulline malate 2:1, 2 g beta-alanine and 5,000 mcg biotin.

Do not describe that photographed formula as caffeine-free. Verify the exact flavor and lot you are buying, and ask the manufacturer to resolve any mismatch between the page and the container. The front product photograph here is Peach Mango; it identifies that flavor rather than proving that every Fruit Punch detail applies to it.

A biotin check that matters beyond training

FDA warns that biotin can interfere with some laboratory tests, including certain troponin tests. If you use a supplement containing biotin, tell your clinician and the laboratory before testing. Follow their instructions rather than choosing your own pause interval.

Large vitamin percentages and beauty claims do not demonstrate better workout performance. Beta-alanine tingling is also not proof that the complete product works, and natural caffeine still contributes to daily caffeine exposure.

Keep the other Babe products separate

Babe Collagen is a collagen product, while Babe Boost is an energy product with its own panel. They are not automatically necessary additions to a pre-workout routine. Read every label before combining them, especially for overlapping stimulants.

Choose around your circumstances

  • Decide whether you need caffeine and whether it fits your sleep schedule.
  • Check allergens, ingredient amounts and the serving weight.
  • Consider food, water and no supplement as valid options.
  • Review suitability with a clinician if you take medication or have a health condition.

Pregnancy and breastfeeding require individualized guidance; a product marketed to women is not automatically appropriate. The goal is a clear, suitable choice, not a promise of fat loss, hormonal balance or improved skin from a pre-workout.

Ghost All Out Pre Workout: V2 Label and 400 mg Caffeine

GHOST LEGEND ALL OUT Strawbango pre-workout tub with red lid and black, purple and pink label
GHOST LEGEND ALL OUT Strawbango, 20-serving tub, from the current V2 product page. Regular LEGEND and canned GHOST energy drinks have different formulas.

GHOST LEGEND ALL OUT V2 is a high-stimulant pre-workout with 400 milligrams total caffeine per full serving. Identify the ALL OUT version before comparing it with regular LEGEND, GHOST PUMP or a canned GHOST energy drink. Their names do not make the formulas interchangeable.

Current Strawbango label

The official V2 Strawbango panel lists one 21.5-gram scoop and 20 servings per container. It provides 6 grams full-yield citrulline, 3.2 grams full-yield beta-alanine and 2.5 grams full-yield betaine. Each total combines the named ingredient with its nitrate form.

For example, the citrulline entries deliver 4.905 grams and 1.095 grams respectively, adding to the stated 6 grams. Do not add the carrier weights again or describe the entire nitrate compound as pure citrulline. This distinction is important when comparing V2 with an older ALL OUT label.

The panel also lists 2 grams L-tyrosine and 600 milligrams of a 50% alpha-GPC material, explicitly delivering 300 milligrams alpha-GPC. Theobromine, bitter orange extract and AstraGin appear elsewhere on the panel.

How the caffeine total works

Its 400 milligrams comprises 300 milligrams caffeine anhydrous plus 139 milligrams zumXR material delivering another 100 milligrams caffeine. The result is 400 milligrams caffeine, not 439 milligrams. Extended release does not make that total disappear or prevent sleep disruption.

FDA cites 400 milligrams across a day as an amount not generally associated with negative effects for most adults. That reference is not a recommended single pre-workout dose, and individual sensitivity, medication and health conditions can change the risk substantially.

Use the label as a limit, not a challenge

GHOST’s directions limit this product to one serving daily and identify it for healthy adults aged 18 or older. They tell new or stimulant-sensitive users to begin with half a serving to assess tolerance. This remains a substantial stimulant formula, and a smaller serving is not automatically appropriate for everyone.

Avoid adding coffee, energy drinks, fat burners or another stimulant pre-workout. Check all ingredients with a clinician when medication or a medical condition is involved. Choose a lower-caffeine or caffeine-free approach when a high stimulant load conflicts with your needs, and follow the actual tub’s warnings.

Stim Pre-Workout: Understand Caffeine, Other Stimulants and Timing

Mother Bucker BKFC Ice Cold pre-workout tub
Mother Bucker BKFC Ice Cold is a separate high-stimulant example, not WOKE AF or BAMF; compare each product using its own label.

A stim pre-workout contains stimulants, commonly caffeine. It is not automatically the best choice for a difficult session, and the strongest sensation is not a useful definition of effectiveness.

Count the caffeine you actually take

Start with the amount per intended serving, not the largest number on the front of the tub. A caffeine-containing compound or energy blend may include material that is not caffeine. Check the stated caffeine yield and serving size before comparing formulas.

Coffee, tea, energy drinks and other supplements also count. FDA’s 400 mg daily reference for most adults is not a recommended target or assurance that a concentrated pre-workout serving suits you. Smaller amounts can still cause sleep disturbance or unwanted symptoms.

Why two equal caffeine numbers can differ

Current WOKE AF and BAMF pages each list 333 mg caffeine per serving, but their other ingredients differ. WOKE AF identifies additional stimulants, and BAMF has its own multi-ingredient focus formula. Neither product can be fully assessed using caffeine alone.

A product marketed with nootropics is not proven to sharpen every person’s training. Likewise, beta-alanine tingling does not measure performance improvement, and claims about no crash are not guarantees.

Timing and tolerance

Do not treat high-stim pre-workout as a default solution for a late session. If it interferes with sleep, change the choice or timing rather than adding more supplements afterward. Taking increasingly large amounts to recreate an early sensation is not a sensible training objective.

The Mother Bucker photo is a separate high-stimulant product example, not a photograph of WOKE AF or BAMF. Its packaging should not be used to identify either linked formula.

A practical decision

  • Check the complete label and restrictions for your version.
  • Avoid combining several stimulant products.
  • Compare the intended portion, not a marketing maximum.
  • Consider a lower-caffeine or caffeine-free option if stimulation is unnecessary.

Review medical conditions and medication compatibility with a clinician. Stop and seek advice if a supplement causes concerning symptoms; jitters or palpitations are not evidence of a successful workout.

White Wolf Pre-Workout: Tingle-Free PRE V2 Label Guide

White Wolf Nutrition Tingle-Free PRE V2 Lemonade Ice Block white and blue tub labeled 320 g and 40 serves
Australian White Wolf Tingle-Free PRE V2 Lemonade Ice Block. Tingle-free does not mean caffeine-free.

White Wolf pre-workout is a real named supplement range, not shorthand for an extreme-stimulant formula. This guide focuses on Australia’s White Wolf Nutrition Tingle-Free PRE V2. A similarly named Indian storefront sells WOLF MODE, which requires a separate label comparison.

Read the one-serving column first

The Australian Tingle-Free PRE page provides a Lemonade Ice Block panel with an 8 g serving and 40 servings per tub. Per serving, it lists:

  • 3 g L-citrulline malate
  • 1.5 g creatine monohydrate and 500 mg guanidinoacetic acid, listed separately
  • 1 g betaine anhydrous and 500 mg L-tyrosine
  • 150 mg Alpha-GPC, 150 mg caffeine from green coffee bean and 125 mg L-theanine

The second column doubles those quantities at 16 g, including 300 mg caffeine, and reduces the tub to 20 such portions. GAA should not be counted as an equal quantity of creatine monohydrate. Likewise, citrulline malate is not the same ingredient weight as pure L-citrulline.

Tingle-free still contains caffeine

The manufacturer explains that this version omits beta-alanine. “Tingle-free” therefore describes that formulation choice; it does not mean stimulant-free. Natural caffeine still contributes to caffeine exposure. The directions specify 470 mL water for 8 g, with no more than two servings in 24 hours.

Why other listings may disagree

White Wolf’s FAQ still gives 125 mg for an All Natural Pre Workout. That should not override the PRE V2 panel’s 150 mg. On the Indian WOLF MODE page, beta-alanine, arginine HCl and creatine nitrate appear instead. Its headline and mixing directions also show different powder weights. Do not combine the Australian caffeine amount with that separate product’s directions.

Practical buying checks

Ask for a readable back-label photograph showing the version, flavor and serving size. Compare prices at the portion you intend to use, rather than treating 40 smaller servings as 40 double portions. Check allergen statements even where the front says no added dairy or gluten.

The product’s warnings exclude several groups, including pregnant or lactating users and people sensitive to caffeine. If medication, a medical condition or an ingredient uncertainty is involved, have a clinician review the complete label before use.
