Thavage Pre: Cherry Lime Slush Ingredients and Caffeine

CBUM Thavage Cherry Lime Slush pre-workout from RAW Nutrition, 40 or 20 servings
RAW Nutrition CBUM Thavage Cherry Lime Slush. Its published flavor-specific facts panel differs from the product page’s general caffeine copy.

Thavage Pre is RAW Nutrition’s named product

Thavage is a specific CBUM-associated pre-workout from RAW Nutrition. It is not a generic description of aggressive training. This guide examines the manufacturer-hosted Cherry Lime Slush panel, because a flavor-specific label is more useful than combining ingredient claims from different Thavage listings.

One scoop versus two scoops

The Cherry Lime Slush Supplement Facts lists one scoop as 12.63 g and two scoops as 25.26 g. The container provides 40 one-scoop servings or 20 two-scoop uses. Important amounts, shown as one scoop followed by two, are:

  • L-citrulline: 3 g / 6 g
  • Beta-alanine: 1.6 g / 3.2 g
  • Betaine anhydrous: 1.25 g / 2.5 g
  • L-tyrosine: 1 g / 2 g
  • Taurine: 1 g / 2 g
  • Nitrosigine: 750 mg / 1,500 mg

These columns describe different amounts of powder. Keep the same column when evaluating caffeine, ingredient quantities and the number of drinks a tub will provide.

Why the caffeine figure needs clarification

The pictured two-scoop panel lists 260 mg caffeine anhydrous plus di-caffeine malate delivering 45 mg caffeine, approximately 305 mg in total. The rounded one-scoop entries total approximately 153 mg.

However, the official product page also contains general copy referring to 200 mg caffeine. That does not match this flavor’s panel. Do not average the figures or assume the difference proves a particular reformulation. Ask RAW to confirm the exact SKU if the listing and physical tub disagree.

Use the label to make a fair decision

Check the flavor, lot, market and directions on the container you would actually receive. A standard Thavage panel should not be transferred to Thuper Thavage or a ready-to-drink product. Compare cost per intended labeled serving rather than the largest serving count printed on the front.

Count caffeine from other sources and follow all package warnings. NIH’s sports-supplement overview explains why evidence for individual ingredients does not establish the effects of every combination. This is a formula and source-consistency review, not a taste test or a guarantee of strength, focus or endurance.
